I have been using IPG for a long time now and have been mostly happy with the service. The amount of filters that can be applied and the reliability, but something has changed for the negative. I have several good strategies I'm happy with but they aren't reliably firing as an alert. I can see the alert in the history but it's not being sent to Telegram. That's a worrysome development and shows some weakness with the alert service. Other alerts are coming through on the same strategy but it's not sending all of them over.

It also takes a long time to get help when emailing them unfortunately!

The alerts part and the telegram integration and info in the alerts is really good. What it can be updated though is the momentum part because it's not that helpfull compared to some other services. It will be a good addition to be able to favorite games before they started so you can make a list with potential games to track. Overall a great service with a huge potential to grow

A filter by league winrate would be good. This way there wouldn't be as many signals from the buttons for leagues with low winrate

Excellent in-play monitoring web-based software; it really does do everything (and more) that is required.

Personally, I find the customisable user interface suits me perfectly. I have tried every similar product in the market, and in my view this is the best. It is also a bit 'under the radar' compared with some of the more well-known alternatives for some reason - but it's very, very good.

My only gripe would be the alerts appear to be a little inconsistent; no matter whether you 'pin' or 'unpin', or toggle alerts in 'Settings', I seem to get numerous alerts or none at all - they need to look at this and tighten it up.

That said, a tremendous piece of kit.
