I had visited the shop in York and the staff were so helpful and I tried some trainers on . So after thinking about it ordered them on line so I could get the right colour . I took the info for the ones I liked but the staff were fabulous and very accommodating explaining the good qualities of the trainers

The York Inov8 store staff are very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable about the products and for me most importantly experienced runners who have been able to give me most useful advice regarding my forthcoming first time ultra marathon particularly regarding nutrition and mandatory kit requirements.

Friendly and good quality
Steve was really friendly and helpful in-store, and the shop itself had a great range of products and a real community feel! The socks are really comfy - tried and tested on three long runs now and love them. Will definitely be buying some more soon.
