Sono già anni che acquisto le loro sciarpe, sia in cotone che di lana, Sono come sempre bellissime, ma soprattutto moltooooo chic! Si adattano sia per un outfit casual ,che elegante🤩. Io adoro quelle grandi , o quelle lunghe . Basta un semplice golfino e pantalone….. un cappotto ,una giacca ,un abitino, e subito si crea uno stile ricercato e glamour.Al mio prossimo acquisto 😍‼️

Satisfaction matière, chaleur, couleurs, encombrement
J’ai découvert la marque par le biais d’un cadeau que l’on m’a offert. Il s’agissait d’une écharpe en laine. Elle m’a beaucoup plu mais surtout la matière est chaude, souple et facile à entretenir. Celle que l’on m’a offerte m’a beaucoup plu au niveau des couleurs et du fait qu’elle soit chaude mais pas excessivement volumineuse. Très satisfaite, j’en ai commandé une autre. Pourtant je n’aime pas commander mes vêtements mais ce cadeau m’a permis d’apprécier la matière. Enfin, la livraison s’est bien déroulée et le contenant était joli. Et la même satisfaction par rapport à la matière, les couleurs et son volume autour du cou.

Défaut de fabrication du sac
J’ai constaté qu’au niveau de la couture du fond du sac, une partie blanche est visible. Le contraste avec Maxi Shopper Bag - Walter - Khaki sac noir est très marqué, ce qui est totalement inacceptable et ne correspond pas aux standards de qualité.

J'ai acheté ma 1ère écharpe Inoui dans un magasin et j'en voulais d'autres. J'ai donc commandé par internet. La livraison fut ultra rapide. Chaque article est livré dans un bel emballage réutilisable. Les écharpes sont d'une excellente qualité.

Customer service issue
FIRST ISSUE:
02May2025 A 'nube'bag I bought had a broken clasp.
I contacted customer service and did not get a reply.
09Dec2025 Tried again & accepted a 30% refund. Instead of processing it, they strangely sent me a payment request for 30%.
I realise this after a few months. When the refund did not go through, they *did not inform me* about this and claimed multiple times that I had been refunded by showing me a refund invoice.
13Jan2025 Contacted them again.
After checking they realise the refund did not process and asked for my bank details, plus ID for verification ( odd request, never happened with other purchases) I gave right it away. After more than a week, still no refund and no reply.
Update 28Jan2026 : Finally received 30% refund of 30 euros after much so much hassle. Note the issue began a year ago.
**They claimed it was because my card was blocked. But my bank confirmed the money should go through to my account even with a blocked card number.**
SECOND ISSUE:
Delivery to Denmark supposed to be 2-5 days on their website. Ordered an item 1 month ago. It did not arrive.
Asked for cancellation and refund and customer service responded but after few emails exchanged, I only got a refund for shipping of 12 euros. They then asked me for bank details for a refund which is strange because 12 euros went through, so why can't they refund the rest of the amount?
Update : Finally refunded after more hassle.
Be prepared to give lots of time to receive item and for any issue to be resolved, lots of effort and time.

Regarding the first issue with your bag, when you initially contacted us in May, we were awaiting the return of the item so that we could process an exchange or refund. Since we did not receive the bag or a follow-up at that time, the case remained open, and in hindsight, we acknowledge that we should have followed up with you more proactively.
The refund in December was indeed processed on our side. Unfortunately, as you indicated, the transaction could not go through because your card was no longer able to receive the refund. This meant that we needed to process the payment via another method, which added to the delay. Please rest assured that we have done everything possible to resolve the situation, including issuing the refund via bank transfer, and we are glad that it has now been completed.
We apologize for the repeated back-and-forth and the time this has taken. Your patience has been greatly appreciated, and we regret that this situation has affected your trust in us.

1° fois…
Lorsque l'on a acheté pour la 1° fois un foulard Inoui l'on ne peut plus s'en passer et on renouvelle chaque fois l'expérience avec bonheur . Ils font tjours sensation et portés avec bonheur car à la fois très chauds et tés légers, donc confort absolu .
