After purchasing our 4th computer from InnovatePC, I can highly recommend them as your pre-owned computer shopping source. Pricing is typically 1/3 the cost of a comparable new computer. Their support is outstanding as well. One of the computers we received came with a problematic harddrive with a corrupted OS. I contacted InnovatePC's tech manager and he simply sent me a replacement drive already configured to our computer and told me that we could keep the old drive. The new drive was plug-and-play and worked like a charm. Bonus, now I have a 400 GB secondary drive for holding data. Job well done and we'll be back for more!

I bought a refurbished Lenovo laptop from Innovatepc.com. The overall condition was ok, but the hard drive died after the 90 day warrant period. I had to use my own HDD for a replacement.

Sold me a PC missing one of the memory riser cards. There were supposed to be two memory riser cards with two matched 1GB memory modules, one on each riser. They sent one memory card with only one 2 GB memory module and at first refused to send another memory riser card.They forced me to pay an extra amount for a matching memory module in order to get them to send the riser, fair enough as the PC was advertised with only 2 GB of memory. Instead of sending one 2GM module to match the one they shipped with the PC as agreed upon, they sent two 1 GB modules and a defective riser.

The items were complete and operated as promised

I called Steve at InnovatePC and he found the Laptop I was looking for. He gave an accurate description of the units condition and was able to get it to me for a good price and waived the shipping fee. It arrived 3 days later and it performs perfectly. I am very pleased with my purchase...Thanks a lot Steve and the Innovate group !!!

One ran 2 months then died, the other still works.

We have purchased thousands of dollars of computer equipment from InnovatePC. The top benefit is super deals on quality used equipment. They have been pleasant to work with. When I ask questions, it sometimes takes a lot of time to get an answer. It takes persistence and reminder emails to get an answer at times. But the bottom line is that I keep coming back for more from this company.
