On 25/07/2026, I authorized a one-time payment of €0.99 to take an online IQ test advertised on Facebook. I did not explicitly consent to, nor authorize, any recurring monthly subscription fees. Your company has since charged my account an unauthorized recurring fee of Scam Charge Amount €39.99 on 28/07/2026. This constitutes an illegal and deceptive "negative option" subscription trap under European Union consumer protection laws. Your pricing terms were deliberately hidden and obfuscated to trick consumers. You use and abuse of fraudulent billing practices.

Paid to receive a report, but could never access it, not able to cancel the subscription as I’m unable to log in on their site. The link received via email does not work or load at all, just hangs.

Había hecho una compra de 3 meses a la empresa Innerly (también llamada TryInnerly, Iqtest Innerly, Go Tryinnerly y otros nombres) en Febrero de este año. Como no me fue de utilidad no volví a adquirir ese servicio. Pero el 6 de Junio me volvió a aparecer en mi tarjeta MasterCard Payoneer (con la cual había abonado en Febrero a través de PayPal) un nuevo cargo de USD 39,99. Luego el 5 de Julio me hicieron otro de USD 39,99 y el 9 de Julio otro más de USD 39,99. Tres cargos seguidos por el mismo monto!! Reclamé al mail de soporte de tryinnerly (desde el cual ellos me habían enviado la data en Febrero) solicitando el reembolso. Se disculparon diciendo que me reembolsarían USD 39,99 y que yo tenía una suscripción pero que había sido cancelada y no se me cobraría nada más. Nunca me reembolsaron ese monto ni los otros dos que me cargaron en Julio. Al primer reclamo le siguieron 16 intercambios de mails más con el Soporte de Innerly Team, pero los reembolsos no llegaron. Payoneer detectó estas irregularidades y bloqueó mi tarjeta para que Innerly no pudiera seguir cobrándome consumos que no hice, pero mientras tanto Innerly / Tryinnerly se quedó con USD 120 míos que nunca devolvieron y que no hubieran tenido nunca que cobrar. Tengo los comprobantes de los 3 consumos que salen en mi tarjeta.

Si pudiera darle cero estrellas, se las daría. Mala la app, y di te quieres desuscribir es IMPOSIBLE. Siguen cobrando y la respuesta es que "entienden tu frustración pero no pueden reembolsarte". Un desastre. Una estafa

They charge £34.99 monthly without permission.
You cannot log in to their website as it states "The site can't be reached".
Emails are not answered.

You do an IQ test for 0.99 cents and they help themselves to 39.99 every month without permission and without you agreeing to it. They are shameful and nothing but criminals and scam artists

SCAM. It entices you to take an I.Q. test- the process not allowing you to create a password.
After the test, to view your 'report' you have to pay £0.99.
Once done, you receive an email saying log into your account requesting a password reset email if you can't remember it.
It also says, for the first time, your bank will be charged £34.99 in three days time, and each subsequent month. It says you can cancel your subscription by accessing your account and go to settings.
I requested the email to reset the password (which was never created) and received no email.
I could not access my account without the password, so I couldn't read my 'report' nor could I cancel my subscription.
I emailed them explaining the above.
I received a reply immediately stating my account had been cancelled.
I replied saying I couldn't access my report and I should receive a refund for £0.99.
They replied the charge wasn't edible for a refund.
I replied; under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 the 'report' was faulty and I am eligible for the full refund.
They replied the correspondence had been forwarded to another colleague to deal with.

Site is a spam. They will charge your CC on a monthly base for something you never signed up for.

Mi hanno addebitato 39€ senza nessun consenso da parte mia non avendo sottoscritto nessun contrstto

I did the IQ test and paid £0.99 for that, but they had started a subscription for me that commenced 3 days later without ANY PERMISSION!!!! I got in on time and cancelled it on the same day as the IQ test. This is fraud and must be banned. F...ing atrocious behaviour. BEWARE peeps 🙂

These scammers will steal your money. Stay away.

Abonnement caché, non consenti !

Na online IQ test €0,99 via creditcard geincasseerd, Overigens geen rapport ontvangen. Gelukkig heeft de Rabobank alert mijn card geblokkeerd. En ze vervangen de kaart.
Hun support reageert wel op request for cancellation and refund, maar ze kunnen geen account vinden op mijn emailadres. Flauwe kul natuurlijk. Weer gemaild dat ik zeker weet dat ik het betreffende emailadres heb gebruikt. Ben benieuwd.
Moeizaam dealen met deze boevenbende. Dus wegblijven bij deze club. Wel een deukje in mijn IQ natuurlijk.

Svindel foretagende, betalte 1$ for en test på deres annonce på facebook, pludseligt bliver der trukket 267,23dkk på mit kort, uden at have tilmeldt eller købt andet, ingen krydser sat på deres hjemmeside og dog trækker disse svindlere nu dette beløb.Kortet er nu naturligvis lukket.Hold jer langt væk fra disse test de udbyder.

Innerly are scammers. They offer you an online shit test for $0.99 and then they charge a $ 20monthly payment. I had blocked my card last week, and today they tried again.

Attenzione sono truffatori! Vi abbindolano chiedendo 0,99 cent per un test psicologico,e dopo qualche giorno vi vedete addebitati 39,99 euro sulla vostra carta di credito per un abbonamento che non avete mai chiesto. Peraltro non ho mai dato i nr. della mia carta, ma fatto pagamento tramite gpay o altro,non ricordo adesso. Truffatori!

I paid 99 cents for a psych test from this company. Unknowingly, they signed me up for a subscription. Luckily I was alerted by my bank app when the first payment was taken. I contacted them on their support email demanding cancellation and a refund, and actually got both. If anyone stands up to them, they seem to back down. I would avoid this scam at all costs.
