Don't order from this company customer service bad. Quality off the clothes are bad size don't match. When I got my clothes I thought it was a joke. Trying to contact them so they can give me an address to send them back and they give me my money back. It's allll in vain.

Compared to the many negative reviews, and the slow order preparation (almost two weeks!), As well as the shipping one as the material comes from China (even if the site says 7-15 days for Europe) I have to to say that the material I bought is ok. Right sizes and good printed shirts.
I give 4 stars due to slow order.

Ordered a shirt before christmas and its now june... still haven't seen it. They said it would be a wait because its a popular product, but 6 months? Also not replying to my emails so if you see this id like my money back

J’ai commandé une 10ene d’article donc environ 200€
-J’ai reçu une casquette totalement écrasé et déformé, inutilisable
-Un tee shirt qui n’est pas à la taille que j’avais commandé
-Il me manque aussi un tee shirt

J’ai donc contacté le service client en envoyant des photos pour prouver de ma bonne foi, ils m’ont proposé 5€ de en bon début réduction... c’est une honte !
J’ai donc répondu que cela ne me conviens pas et que j’attend un meilleurs geste de leur part, depuis je n’ai plus aucune réponse même en les relançant

Je ne recommande pas ce site pour le manque de sérieux de l’entreprise
Un ami a également fait une commande et a eu les mêmes problèmes que moi
Fuyez ce site si vous ne voulez pas être déçu
Ps : sa taille super grand, le M on dirait un L ou XL

Reinfall. 3 Tshirts 3XL bestellt. Hätten vielleicht einem 12 jährigen gepasst, außerdem total fadenscheinige Qualität. Totaler Ramsch. Rücksendung an Chinesische Adresse. Versandkosten soll man trotz anderer Aussage auf der Homepage selbst tragen. Nach China. Kostet fast so viel wie die Tshirts. Werden wohl die teuersten Autoputzlappen, die ich jemals hatte :(

Worst experience ever. NEVER AGAIN. ordered 2 t-shirts and a shirt almost 3 months ago out of which, one is not yet delivered. For the shirt i payed $20 and recieved a piece of crap which is not even worth $2, wrong size on top of it. Tried to return it, no response from the customer service even after contacting them twice.

I placed an order for 4 t-shirts, all in size XL, 3 of them were sent to me correct but the other was in size 3XL. I let them know by mail and they tell me to send the garment to China to return the money .... it costs me more to send the garment that they have sent me wrong than the garment itself.
You try to contact them through their page and after filling in everything they tell you that there is a validation error in the code. One more ruse to not fulfill his obligation.
I hope it is an error and they send me my shirt or they return my payment for it. If not, if only for the itch of not being teased, I will file a complaint and go to the end.

En español: Hice un pedido de 4 camisetas, todas de la talla XL, 3 de ellas me las mandaron correctas pero la otra era de la talla 3XL. Se lo hago saber por mail y me dicen que les mande la prenda a China para devolverme el dinero.... me cuesta mas el envío de la prenda que me han mandado errónea que lo que la prenda en si.
Intentas contactar con ellos a través de su página y después de rellenar todo te dice que hay un error de validación del código. Una artimaña más para no cumplir con su obligación.
Espero que se trate de un error y me manden mi camiseta o me devuelvan el pago de la misma. Si no, aunque sólo sea por el prurito de que no me tomen el pelo, presentaré una denuncia e iré hasta el final.

Bought 5 shirts in XL....half hour after paying i messaged customer support to change all 5 shirts to a L.. messaged them 3 more times over next few days...finally day 4...i get a message back stating they cannot change the size due to the fact they have already shipped my items. 🤔 really...

had your customer service been on point we wouldnt be having this conversation...4 days later you momo. funny thing if you cant modify your order half hour after after making it do you really want to ever shop at this site online again...i think not....well im done.

This company is BS. I ordered 6 shirts and only received one. I order my shirts on Feb 12th and its now about to be April. This company needs to shout down.

I placed an order on their site and they sent me the wrong item. When I contacted them about THEIR mistake, they told me I had to pay for the new item plus shipping (from China). And even after multiple emails asking them to explain their logic for customer service, they just kept ignoring my request. I do not recommend ordering from them, or any website that doesn’t have good customer service policies in place for returns/refunds.

Ordered 3 t shirts. All were delivered with wrong size and 2 were NOT what I ordered. Took 15 emails back and forth and no resolution. They tell me to send back at my own expense. Absolutely horrible experience. I wish I would have read all other reviewers first

Absolute garbage. Customer service is a joke. Product was a cheap knock-off of what I ordered. Refusing me a return. I highly recommend you avoid this company at all cost.

Would give a 0 star if I could. Purchased on December 23rd, and just received both shirts I ordered today, needless to say both shirts were not as pictured and were both extremely cheap. I bought the Colorado Avalanche vintage sweater, and the Casual retro striped lapel long sleeve shirt. The retro long sleeve shirt is made entirely out of polyester, with a printed graphic on it to make it look striped, and the Colorado avalanche sweater does not have any embroidery on it at all, and the stitching is the worst I’ve ever seen. Will definitely be getting my money back one way or another.

Order and paid for 2 t-shirts. One month later my product not shipped and i could not find it using their tracking system!! Probably they just steal money!! The only i get is responses from a computer (defiantly not actual person who answers since they gave me every time the same answer: be patient). Avoid that Chinese fake company!

Avoid at all costs. Goes by different names. Do not use they use the same photos for different websites.

Bought a tshirt. Was supposed to be white. Waited over a month with several messages getting same response. " please be patient " . It turned up today and it looks like a pair of tights with the king of hearts printed on it. No seams on it all. Awful product . Stay away

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I have placed an order nearly a month ago and my package has been delivered to another city, in another province.

Also, I have been trying to contact anyone within this company to track my order or refund my purchase, but they have ignored every single complaint I’ve made by still telling me my package has been delivered... not to me!

Bought a number of shirts, all arrived with serious defects, nothing like were advertised and the quality very poor. Spent a third of the purchase price to return the goods and still haven't received my refund, the've been promising for months and each time trying to give me a voucher instead. Criminals! Run!

They state a 10 to 21 day shipping, I ordered 5 items, 3 came in within a month, then 1 other at a month and a half...nothing yet on the last item. They appear to be US based, but everything comes from China (if it comes at all) Very disappointed with delivery. Items are ok quality...as expected

So glad I come to trust pilot 1st. They have some nice tees and sweatshirts and was about to order but thought to check here 1st.
