This is the worst company I have ever ordered from ever. There’s absolutely no way to reach anyone. They don’t provide a phone number they don’t answer emails or Facebook or Instagram messages. I ordered art for a client and I could not make a change of address one second after hitting the order button. We had to arrange our own delivery for the correct address. Abhorrent.

Everything was oerfect...well packaged and quick service. Quality of art is great.

Is there any reason why emails to customer service go into a black hole of non responsiveness? You don’t have a phone number to contact.

After several days of emailing Inktuitive to change the mailing address before shipment, they completely blew off my emails and sent the order to the wrong address. They simply don’t respond to emails.

I have emailed twice regarding my order. I ordered the picture too small I wanted to order a bigger one. I was trying to see what do I need to do to return it no one still haven’t got back to me.

Two pieces arrived damaged and I requested a return authorization. After 3 emails and several calls, this company is totally unresponsive. In addition to nonexistent customer service, the quality and workmanship of the art work is lacking.

Everything went well thankfully, but packaging came ripped . It could be more protected as I inspected it I don’t believe it was damaged and I love your products but the packaging should be better as it isn’t safe

I bought one canvas for my office, and having it up was very inspiring and motivating to me in terms of the vibe and energy it gave me to do my work, so I bought 7 more canvases for my office from Inktuitive.

They all look great! Print and build quality of these canvases is unparalleled in my experience. The delivery was fast, about a week or less. The packaging was fantastic and ensures your canvas arrives in mint condition. A few pieces had some very minor defects, but I’m very particular about that, and Inktuitive customer support was very quick and easy to deal with to remedy the situations as needed. If you find any of their canvases motivating or inspiring in any way, I highly recommend buying it, as I did!
