I ordered a pair of trainers, the price was high and the quality terrible. I didnt even remove from box it took almost 7 emails to get a return initiated (had to google their email address, not on webpage) Finally, i got the info to return and returned via ups 2 months ago. They NEVER refunded me, disputed with bank, they said i got item and kept. I returned them, they are frauds.

I chose to return my order and was quickly sent a return label, received notification that my return was received in their end. But when I reach out for refund status, I get no response. I have sent several message and nothing has been updated or responded. Be careful. Companies that run their process like this are a bit sketchy
Best shoes ever!!
These shoes are absolutely the most comfortable i have EVER worn!! Customer service is the best. I had to return a pair that was too small and they immediately sent me a different size.
Website has FALSE reviews- CHEAP TRASH shoes
They obviously clean out any bad reviews from their website. Ordered shoes that had a 4.8 star rating and they were absolute TRASH. Made of cheap materials, VERY strong chemical smell, insole was never trimmed to fit the shoes so they bunched up inside and feels like you have rocks in your shoes. Additionally, wore them for all of 2 hours and the soles already look like I hiked Mt. Everest. Wanted to return them but after all the "restocking fees" and other made up fees I was going to get $25 back from an $82 purchase. So it should cost me almost $60 to try them on and return them? Absolute insanity. They offered to send me a replacement pair or a different pair entirely. I chose a different pair. They are fine, but not something I ever would have spent money on really. So now I have 2 pairs of shoes that I don't really want.

I absolutely love Inkkas’ mission and their colorful, creative designs. I was so excited when I ordered, but I’ve had significant sizing problems with multiple pairs:
Canvas Slip-Ons: Extremely tight and didn’t fit at all.
Sneakers: Took a long time to break in and still pinch my feet in the area right before the toes begin, where the tongue is sewn.
Hiking Boots: Still breaking these in.
The sizing runs small across all three styles - I wish they made it clear on the website that you need to order one size up. The shoes seem to be designed for a standard foot shape and don’t accommodate different body types or foot shapes well, which is disappointing for someone with mobility differences.
I’m hoping to get store credit since I can’t return for a refund. I’d love to support this company, but the fit issues have been really frustrating
Absolutely horrible
There customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced.. 2 months of issues with multiple emails and a response every few weeks. Horrible shoes. Horrible company all round. Would never purchase again or Recommend them to anyone

Disappointing Service After Years of Loyalty - Order Returned to Sender, No Communication
I’ve been a loyal Inkkas customer for 8-9 years with 4-5 previous purchases, but my recent experience has been deeply disappointing.
What Happened:
∙ Placed an order on November 28, 2025 for shoes and laces
∙ December 22, 2025: Received “out for delivery” and “delivered” emails
∙ December 28, 2025: Discovered the package was never delivered to me - it was returned to Inkkas
∙ December 29, 2025: I contacted them via website ticket, email, AND phone message
The Problems:
1. No notification - Despite having my package back in their warehouse, Inkkas never contacted me to let me know
2. Ironic automated emails - I received multiple emails asking me to review “my new shoes” - shoes I never received and they knew they had back in their possession
3. No refund initiated - They simply restocked and sold my order without notifying me or processing a refund
4. Poor communication - Took until January 2, 2026 to respond, refused multiple requests for a phone call
5. Can’t fulfill original order - After weeks of back-and-forth, they told me on January 5, 2026 they’re now out of stock of the shoes I originally ordered on November 28, 2025
6. Weeks of runaround - Countless emails over several weeks with questions left unanswered
I only got a refund (promised in 10 business days) after persistence. A company should notify customers when orders are returned and either reshipped or refunded immediately - not restock and resell items, leaving customers in limbo for weeks.
After years of supporting this company, I expected much better. I cannot recommend Inkkas based on this experience.
Harassing phone calls for the last two years
The reason I am giving them a one star rating is not because of their product, but because of the constant harassing follow up calls from different phone numbers in an attempt for continued sales. Because of that, I will never purchase another Inkkas product. Sad.
Do Not Order - Failure in Customer Service
Despite ordering weeks before the holiday, they were unable to process the order in time. Not just ship it, but even process the order. I contacted customer service many times and was given repeated stories about how there was an error and that it is now being processed. I have purchased from them in the past, and did not have these problems. Whatever changes the company has gone through have really resulted in a poor product and worse customer service.
SEVEN day return policy - cute shoes - but business seems shady IMO
If my daughter didn’t have a pair of these shoes on her Christmas list, I would’ve never ordered from this company. Not only do they “pop-up ad” you to death, baiting you to sign up for discounts you can’t even use during your sales, but than once you put in your email they don’t let you actually get the discount because the next screen is to also enter your phone number… If it wasn’t shady, they would just state on the first screen that you have to enter both your email and phone number.
Once you do finally enter both phone number & email, they send you an obnoxious number of text messages and emails with codes that don’t work and sales that aren’t really happening… and the best scam of all is when you click on a link (for a supposed sale) and you put an item in the cart you see one price, then when you chick to “checkout” the price increases right before your eyes! (I even took a video of this happening for proof that it actually happened literally right before my eyes) and it kept happening as I toggled back and forth.
Against everything in me I went ahead and ordered the shoes and finally was able to use one of the free ship codes they sent… which in the end wasn’t even a discount because of course the price of the shoes was more than it was when they actually sent the “free ship” coupon (that was not valid at the time they sent it)
Also to note - they have a SEVEN day return policy (if you want a refund) I've never in my 56 years of life seen a company (especially an online only company where you cant go into a store and try on their product - - and they also don’t have ½ sizes) offer a SEVEN day return policy. They did extend it for holiday purchased made after Dec 4 (but of course I ordered on December 2nd) so if the shoes don't fit, I would not be able to return them by the time I see my daughter for Christmas (she lives in another state)... I could "exchange" them but an exchange is worthless if the shoe does not fit.
This was my 1st and LAST order with Inkkas… can’t wait to return this product and get my money back! I hate the feeling of supporting a business that seems shady

WOW!! I LOVE my shoes, one slide and one boot, but 1st of all-I cannot believe there are these negative reviews. I actually have been trying to find if there is a common denominator in these remarks that I don't immediately dispute with my own experience. I will tell you that I feel there are several people who know the rules about returns and don't follow them. There are people complaining about having their $ tied up while waiting for a refund (when they likely didn't follow the rules). I have two beautiful pairs of Inkkas, one a boot and one a slide. I think they are works of art to my feet!! I have gotten so many compliments (and I love those!) Complaints about customer service are off, I have had 1 return-I followed the rules, got my RMA and sent them back before the return expired (30 days from date of receipt-not too hard to forget!) I have had convo with their customer service dept and there is no AI Estela. Estela is very much a person and is prompt with responses to questions. As we all know, you are entitled to your own opinions, but these aren't my opinion. And right now-you are missing out on some very good pricing on wonderfully artful and fun shoe art.
Bought a pair of boots for myself
Bought a pair of boots for myself - loved the butterfly print! The right boot is much larger than the left. I have reached out to them three times trying to get a return label and NO RESPONSE. This is not ok. I spent $174 after shipping for these boots and I can't download a return lable? BS company.
Happy with new boots
After reading reviews I was really worried when I had to exchange a pair I ordered for a different size; I had resigned myself to the idea that I'd end up without my boots or my money. However, I was pleasantly surprised to receive my exchange in a very timely manner. And, when the weather finally cooled down enough for me to wear them, I loved them. I've spent a day in them so far and found them to be very comfortable. I love the look, and so far have no reason to suspect that they won't hold up. I was slightly disappointed with customer service, because I didn't receive responses to my inquiries; when I finally did hear back it was suggested that the responses were in my junk mail, which they were not. Overall, however, I am so far very happy with my purchase. (In my opinion, they run small which was the reason for my exchange. But that's just me).

You will NOT get a full refund, no matter what. I ordered three pairs, returned one pair. They are refunding me less than I paid and added on additional shipping cost over $10.
Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever. Although they write to you through AI artificial intelligence. Their real name is global footwear and they will lose your returns & Pocket the money. The shoes I received from them it felt like polyurethane and they felt like they would crack if I wore them even twice. They also sent the wrong size although I clearly ordered the right size. They had my money tied up for 2 months and I never got it back.

The shoes are cheap and fit poorly. They had an overwhelming smell of plastic/synthetic material. I had to let them off gass in my shed for three days, so I feel like they're probably toxic.
Poor customer service
I ordered Mohave Runners on 8/13 that were quick to come. However, they did not match the photo. The laces were light gray as opposed to the black ones in the photo. Also, they did not fit well. I learned that in order to return I had to submit a request. I did so on 8/15 and did not get an approval for return until 8/19. I immediately shipped them back for exchange with another style. UPS tracking shows they were received 8/20. As of today, 8/26, I am still waiting for an update or replacement. I have contacted them via email but only got what is obviously an auto-generated response to rate the assistance that Estela from the Help Team provided. There was no assistance or contact. I tried a phone number that I found online, called, and got a leave a message response. Although the shoes look cute, it is definitely not worth the aggravation of dealing with this company. And I am still left with no shoes and a charge on my credit card.
