Wow! I wished I’d read reviews before placing an order with inkjets.com. They sent me a cartridge that was incompatible with my epson printer. I’ve gotten no response in regarding an exchange/refund.

The ink laser cartridges were not compatible with my HP printer as stated in their advertising. You can only return merchandise when inkjets sends a shipping label…which they never send!! They never answered my emails or phone calls. It’s a SCAM…don’t use this company!!!

As soon as I realized that I had placed an order for the wrong ink cartridges, I immediately emailed Inkjets requesting that they cancel it. After receiving no response, I then sent them another email and also called them, leaving a voice mail.

Well, they shipped anyway, and my despite repeated attempts to contact them about how to return it, they continue to ghost me.

I had dealt with them in the past without a single problem, but now will never buy anything from then ever again.

SCAM COMPANY

I bought toner for my hp colour laser Pro MFP M283cdw that this company said was compatible. Paid $224 for the 4 cartridges. Followed the instructions and all I get is "supply error". I've contacted this company both by phone (always, "busy, leave a message and we'll get back to you.") and I have emailed their customer service...no NO avail.

Item i ordered did not fit my printer. Inkjets.com said to return it for refund but I had to pay return postage which was almost $16.00. Plus I had to pay 4.99 postage for original shipping to me. So I would end up paying $21.00 just for postage which wasn't refundable. Cost of item was $20.99 which would be refunded, but i was still out the$21.00 for postage which is a lost for me and no item to show for it.

If I could have put zero stars I would have! This company does not answer their phone ever! I wish I would have never ordered from them. And to see they pride themselves on their website as the "best customer service" that's a lie!! BUYER BEWARE! Go elsewhere to buy toner.

Never answered several emails asking about HP cartridges (64XL) and their incompatibility with a 7900e printer due to new HP software that invalidates used carts. If this is their customer service, I'll never buy from them (and we use a LOT of ink)! BEWARE!

Ordered a cartridge never showed up couldn’t get ahold of anyone for refund took month finally my back got my money back to me never order anything from this place

I ordered two sets ink cartridges, supposedly reconditioned, and chipped for Hewlett packet printer. Upon receiving the two packages, one of them spewed out immediately upon removing the protective tape, the second would not operate in the printer.

The printer would not even start with the inkjets in there and would flash an error on the screen that it could not operate with these cartridges.

I responded to the company via email and was advised customer service would get back to me. They did not.

I requested RMA through the online web portal via my account in order, they never acknowledged despite sending an email that they would get back to me.

I left a negative review on their website regarding the experience and it has never been displayed on their I spent about $120 on this website and received a product that did not work. I followed their own instructions and submitted an RMA request through their website, sent multiple emails, and called their customer service line more than once, leaving messages each time. I received no response whatsoever.

To make matters worse, I also submitted a negative review directly on their website, which was never published. That strongly suggests they filter out critical feedback rather than address legitimate problems.

There is effectively no customer support here. They take your money, ship products that may or may not work, and then disappear when you try to return or replace defective items. Based on my experience, this company operates in a way that feels deceptive and should be avoided.

I ordered toner for my HP printer recently from Inkjetsclub. They sent me toner that worked for a few weeks, then prints started coming our fuzzy and half blank. Also, my printer began making a loud noise while printing with the Inkjets toner. That didn't happen with HP toner. I reached out to Inkjets this week. Here's what came back this week:
"You most likely just need to run printhead cleaning cycles and alignment cycles in the printer."

A company as well known as this should have a customer service line that ACTUALLY answers the line. Wrong item was sent that I ordered and they do not answer the call nor return messages. Sent a message through the internet and phone. Absolutely no reply. Get Better INK JETs!

puchased some ink from this outfit, didnt work as promised, i have emailed ,called all i get is a machine,i would have given them a -10 if i could. and judging from the reviews, im am not the only one this is happening to. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Beware ... sent me a used part in a sealed bag which clearly shows intent and 2 cartridges of the wrong part numbers. and no response to calls or messages on their web sites

Inkjets is 100% nonresponsive to my requests to return an order. No one returns my calls or answers any emails. I have been trying to get them to send me a return authorization but there is nothing but silence from the company. There is no explanation for not responding to such a simple request. I will be moving on to a more reputable company.

I ordered from InkJet.com what was claimed as compatible with my Brother printer - they were difficult to install (clue number one) then my printer said : cannot read ink cartridges ? I called Brother and it was confirmed these cartridges are not compatible . I called again today so I could return them and the woman who I was speaking with was very unprofessional and in fact quite rude . I want to return these for a refund - she got very angry and said : “you will get a refund and you don’t to bother sending the cartridges back”. Will I see a a refund ? We shall see . I guess

Ordered some ink cartridges and had to return some. I was told they would send a credit after I sent the unused cartridges back. I sent them back and waited for a week no return. I have sent three emails asking what else was needed with the USPS confirmed receipt at their facility. They have not responded and not and reimbursed me for the cartridges I returned. I definitely will no tbuy any more ink cartridges from this company.

I ordered 2 toner cartridges 217A, charged my credit card, NO confirmation of transaction, no answer to request for information.

Order never delivered. Called customer service and line always busy. Called customer support and line always busy. Tried Chat room and was told I would be charged $5 for support to find tracking infor

I have used this company many times in the past and always had good, albeit slow, service. This time was horrible, and I would give the company zero stars if possible. I never received my first order of ink, although I was charged twice for it. I left messages, tried chatting, wrote them a nasty letter, and still......absolutely NO response from anyone. I should not have re-ordered, but I did. Same order, more money than the first order. I finally got the ink about 3 weeks later, after I had already contacted my credit card company to obtain resolution for the charges. I now see that they receive very low reviews, which was not the case when I began using them several years ago. I don't know what happened with this company, but I will not be ordering from them again.

Placed my order 12/12/2025. Haven’t received my ink, no return call or email! It always goes to voicemail after several rings. When I track the package, it says it is still at the sellers location. BIG SCAMMMM……DON’T SPEND YOUR $$$$ with these THIEVES!!! I am gonna report these thugs to the BBB!!
