Being in Cali I expect tattoo removal to cost more so I was really trying to find a clinic with experience with darker skinned patients and still felt reasonably priced. Clinics won't tell you this because they'd rather continue billing you. Still, as someone with darker skin, I was frustrated that every resource I found only showed lighter skin examples with zero context on how melanin actually affects the process.
