Hello, we are In House... and we're here to make it easy for you to move home (and maybe even enjoy the journey too). In House was founded by Steve Puddifoot in 2007. After working as a regional director for the two largest estate agency chains in the UK, Steve decided that house sellers deserve straight talking honest advice and their properties needed modern dynamic marketing methods. So In House was born! Since then we've helped hundreds of people move on with their lives in every way, and after opening our second branch in the busy Orchard centre in Didcot we have become the most recognisable and dynamic agent in the area. So, how have we done it? Why do our properties get more attention and stand out from others? Is it our carefully chosen team of property experts? Is it our obsessive attention to detail? Fantastic experience using InHouse to sell our parents home. Guy and Charlie were particularly helpful, keeping us informed and supported every step of the way as we proceeded through Probate & the sale. Every interaction with them was felt to be patient, genuine and friendly. The whole team were wonderfully polite and knowledgeable each time I contacted them with queries. It was a relief to find an unpretentious estate agency and so I highly recommended InHouse Estate Agency for their professionalism and kindness.

Received an excellent service from Guy at In House estate agents. Guy was efficient and constantly kept me updated along the way. His advice and knowledge was first class. Instrumental every step of the way
We worked with Charlie and Guy on the purchase of our new home, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The team at In House were highly professional throughout, even remembering us from previous viewings that hadn’t worked out. Thankfully, we eventually found our perfect home, and In House were instrumental in keeping us updated every step of the way; regularly checking in unprompted, offering guidance, and providing helpful advice. In House are a fantastic team and true role models for what an estate agency should be, both for buyers and sellers!

Solid experience
Guy and Jon were great from the start, from their non-pushy approach to showing us around the House we ended up buying, and were quick to close the deal. They remained engaged throughout, updating both parties at every opportunity in what was a complex process. They went above and beyond to get answers from a Solicitor in the chain that was unresponsive, and supported our direct communication with the parties involved (alongside our Conveyancer). Can highly recommend.

Outstanding Service on Sale and Letting
I’ve recently both sold my home and rented a new one through In House Estate Agents in Wallingford, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received.
Kellie in sales was fantastic throughout the selling process—professional, supportive, and always on the front foot with updates and advice. She made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward.
On the lettings side, Jon was equally excellent—friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful in securing the right rental property for me quickly.
