The presentation materials, relatable topics, and overall drive to initiate ideals of this course is the main topic. John's ability to engage class forums (even remotely) sets a new high bar compared to other similar courses. He is patient while getting across the points with self-experiencing, relatable stories and experiences. Well worth the time invested to consume and participate in this great instructor led course. John kept the entire session very interactive and engaging. He provided real life examples to relate to the learned topics and terms which is helping me to remember it better. Clear explanations with differences of previous ITIL versions. Good tips for exams.

Very pleased with the ITIL 4 Foundation training from John. Whilst going through the training, you get a good insight on where your company stands and what aspects it could improve on regarding ITIL practices.

John also let us do sample papers and explain the rationale behind some tricky questions/answers. He also gave us many real life examples to make it easier to understand ITIL practices

My first real detailed encounter with the ITIL framework. To say John understands ITIL is the understatement of the century, giving real world examples of benefits and pitfalls which added context to the subject from first principals through to mock exams.

Course content and presentation were excellent

I thought this was a really well run one-day course. It's a far better way of learning ITIL than via those online courses with dull voices, and John our trainer managed to keep us engaged throughout the day for what is understandably a difficult subject. I would recommend this route for others wanting to learn about ITIL v4 Foundation.

Honestly, I am not a big fan of such courses (I prefere technical ones), but I was very pleased by this one. It was very well taught and I took many things from it which I believe will be useful for my everyday job.

I have learnt a lot regarding how the entire organisation works following the ITIL framework.The trainer, John, gave us lot of information that makes significant difference in terms of activities i would do within ITIL framework.

ITIL 4 - training. Training was well structured. We get all informations which we need for ITIL 4 exam.
