It takes a very long time to get replacement parts and service. However, when someone comes to service, they are very friendly and knowledgeable. I would appreciate if there was an app or something we could use to access assistance quicker. I have 3 saunas; all currently need some kind of servicing which was submitted over a month ago and I still have not received a follow-up.

Responsive sales rep; excellent packaging of product; did have issue with online info accuracy for product sizing and assembly instructions need to be more detailed and transparent for easier and accurate assembly

We had a roof issue that popped up on our 3 year old outdoor sauna. Clearlight quickly responded and had a service technician at our site within a couple of weeks. Great communication and service and the roof was replaced a few weeks later. No hassle, no cost and the problem solved. Very happy with Clearlight sauna and service.

Love the sauna! Communications were great and kept me informed and prepared. Only challenge has been figuring out how to avoid the sauna entering error mode when the salt element is on, but might be user error :)

Love the sauna. Great delivery and (relatively) easy set up — directions could use some clarifying details in some areas but online videos helped. Only negative was the delivery delays that accompanied the order.

I reached out to Clearlight Saunas customer support to try to figure out how and where I can get the lights for the inside of the ceiling of our Sauna. I was fortunate to be able to deal with Jennifer Wright. She was absolutely unbelievable and assured me that she would be able to assist me in getting the bulbs required. She kept me up to date on every process of getting the bulbs as well as advised me as to the shipping status. The process was so easy with Jennifer at the helm. Also being from Canada, and getting product from the US for our equipment, we are most always faced with obstacles. BUT NOT THIS TIME. Thank you Jennifer.
As well, Jennifer I am going to require your help yet again regarding our Clearlight Halo One Salt Therapy machines. UGH!!!

Ordering and delivery of our sauna went great.Everyone was easy to work with, we were kept informed of every step. The sauna works great, heats up quickly and keeps a steady temp. Assembly was easy enough, my wife and I were able to put it together in 3hrs. We are very happy with the purchase and are enjoying the relaxation that comes with sauna use.

Customer service is 100%. They remembered me and were very helpful with questions I had after delivery and setup. The product is amazing. I am using both the infrared and red light therapy every day. I bought the 2 person but it's actually perfect for one person to relax comfortably. I can lay down with my legs up the wall as well. I love the bluetooth.

I just love my Outdoor 2 sauna and have used it regularly for seven years now.

It has had a few maintenance issues, but Clearlight customer service has always responded immediately and fixed the minor problems.

Well don't get the white glove because that means they bring it in and leave. We understood it to mean they would assemble the sauna. It doesn't and the answer when we called customer service is that it depends... it depends? ??
