Now that the winter is here I've been able to test these FIR heaters. They are wonderful. So easy to programme and so cheap to run. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone as they answer all my queries. Thank you Nathan and your installers at infraredgroup.co.uk

I have now purchased 8 panels from this company to make best use of my battery storage on my solar panels. Aaron was helpful from the outset and assessed each space for the heater required. I am very pleased with the outcome and the efficiencies I can now enjoy. They are slim, easy to use, unobtrusive and get many compliments from visitors. The customer service offered by this company and Aaron in particular is second to none. So pleased that I used a local company who clearly understand how to treat their customers

To buy expensive heater I would expect customer service to reply on my query.
I do not recommend.

What a great company to deal with.:-helpful, knowledgeable, excellent customer service and efficient.
I have just replaced my calor gas heaters in my boarding cattery with 6 x 350w programable panels which were quick and easy to install and program. Result is a stable easy to maintain temperature with no condensation so I don’t have to run anymore dehumidifiers so that saving will pay too run 2 of the panels and the cost of gas more than covers the running cost of the other 4 panels so savings all around I’m so happy I’ve ordered another 5 panels for my other building.

The company was very helpful and not pushy. When they installed the panels they didn’t leave a mess. The panels have made such a difference to our house in such a short time. Highly recommend to anyone who wishes to have a warm house and new technology

This really has been so good - SO helpful. I was rather slow picking up the programming procedure but Aaron was absolutely brilliant; kind, patient and wonderfully understanding. Infrared group
I dealt with Michael at infrared group a few months back and cannot thank him and the team enough, I myself struggle with technology and English isn’t my first language I really thought I’d have a few issues but Michael and the team really helped me through everything almost like a step by step guide.
Michael and the team sat down with me and was very patient, I have been using their heaters for while now and can’t express enough how much warmer and cheaper they are, I bought one of their smallest models and cannot believe the difference, I am looking forward to hopefully working with them again as they were a delight to speak to. I myself personally don’t normally review but it would have felt wrong to not give props to these guys for the professionalism and patience they have shown me.

I bought my first panel off Infrared Group just over a year ago and since then I have wanted to get the whole house done but it was just finding the time to do so. I thought i would pop into the showroom to look at finishing my house with infrared (the showroom is incredible btw) i got an amazing deal for being a repeat customer and buying a further 6 panels which i could not be more happy with. great service - great after sales care and an all round amazing product! ps i love the photo panel of my dogs. thanks guys!

We are so pleased! Arron from Infrared group came and fitted 4 infrared heating panels in our 2 bed home. One 700w NRG panel on the ceiling in our living room, another in the kitchen, and 2 350w NRG panels in our children’s bedrooms. We are so pleased we decided to choose the infrared route, we didn’t know much about it before speaking with Aaron over the phone, he was so transparent and explained all the options available to us and worked out what wattage we needed to heat our rooms. As soon as the panels are turned on we can feel the heat straight away and we never leave them on for long! Very friendly service and a quick and neat job. Thanks infrared group!!

The panel was slim and lightweight, making it perfect to replace old and broken heaters.

Great service from start to finish. I had never heard of infrared heating before. I have explored the option of getting an air source heat pump, but have been put off by hearing many horror stories. After speaking with a specialist at Infrared, they guided me through the alternative options available. Everything was very simple and straight forward and they managed to get my panels installed the following week. I have had the panels in for 2 months now and have already seen my energy bills drop.

I went for ceiling mounted panels and some custom image panels throughout the house. The printing on the panels was amazing and I am looking to place another order on my loft conversion. Thanks again Aaron.

We have nothing but praise for the expert, efficient and friendly team who replaced our bungalow's gas-fired combi-boiler with the company's "Mirrorstone" electric combi-boiler at a super-competitive all-in price - accomplishing the entire job in just one working day, including re-routing the water-pipes on re-siting the boiler unit from out of its kitchen cupboard into our now much more spacious airing cupboard after taking away its separate hot-water cylinder and header-tank, etc., as well as the now redundant cold-water attic tank, plus tidying-up and vacuuming at the end of the day, leaving the worksite spotless!
