5 stars to telephone equires - Friendly, professional and very helpful, super selling point.
Prompt delivery, but the manner of the delivery man needs improving.
4 stars to product. Takes longer to heat up, but the warmth is different level! Amazing.
No handle though, impossible to move around when its hot. The extra foot stand costs £28 for what they are(with no wheels) is a real sting!! Otherwise would have deserved a 4 stars rating.

Easy to contact for advice as the instruction booklet is hopeless (being a poor translation of Ukrainian)
Video is helpful.
The infrared panel seems to work as expected so far although haven't yet figured out how to programme.
