Don’t be a dang thing from this company I bought a $100 jersey and had to wait a month to get it with and had to ask them why is it taking so long just for them to say they haven’t shipped it yet. The worst part is the jersey was horrible and HUGE rip off from what I paid for and what it look like and I reported to customer service and they going to act dumb and say they delivered my order knowing dang well I said I would like a refund for this scandal but avoided my complaint

Cheap material cheaply done and ridiculously expensive - sadly this company says they are supporting student athletes and maybe they are but they are doing it with over priced cheaply made products. Avoid!

5-7 business days for a custom item really means 4 weeks or more. Time will tell if/when I receive my order.

Customer service is handled by a lone employee who is apparently a college student herself, who copies and pastes cookie-cutter responses to customer inquires.

At Influxer, there is no phone number you can call, nor anyone to email other than "Danielle", who likes to ghost customers that ask for help beyond the empty excuses she offers.

According to the BBB, this seems to be a pattern at Influxer.

I placed an order a month ago & it still has not been shipped. The website says 3-7 business days and all I’ve gotten in response to where my order is are excuses. They had a surge in sales etc. I haven reached out to cancel & not getting a response. This is horrible business. Support your players another way because this is absolutely not it!!!
