I placed an order on 718 of 2025. I have sent 15 to 20 emails requesting tracking information proof of delivery with no response. Do not waste your time time and money you will never get your product

I bought from this company and it took weeks to come in. The sweatpants I bought from the were extremely low quality. I just realized about ten minutes ago that they have been taking 30 dollars from my apple cash balance every 5 days. And I haven’t been receiving anymore clothes. Over $180 in total has been taken from my account. I still can’t stop the charges. I want the company completely shut down, but apple won’t do anything.

This is a terrible company. I just wanted to order one item and ended up being charged high membership fees every two weeks. It was extremely difficult to cancel.

Package has it received yet and it’s already been three weeks. Do not purchase from them. It’s a scam. They have not given me. My refund totally scammer. This app is not real. It’s just a scam to steal your money money lost for real.

I felt a wave of devastation wash over me when my order never arrived. It's hard to believe that I took the time to reach out to the support contact at influora (INDIO Shopping site), yet still, no response has come my way. I can't help but wish we could find a way to resolve this situation and finally get the answers I desperately need.

This place is a complete scam. Order a hoodie 7 weeks ago and it’s still not here. Their pathetic customer service reps are just AI or the lowest from intelligence that can still be considered human. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

A complete scum. A weighted cloak for £46 with no weighted element whatsoever.
When contacted for return they suggested a 20% "goodwill gesture" refund. I've contacted my bank instead and submitted a fraud claim.

Ordered in November, its March and havent got anything nor heard anything. No tracking either. SCAM

Scam. I bought the product in January, and today is February 26th; I still haven't received the hair. I sent several emails to the company but received no response. Please don't do the same mistake.

Product is awful. DO NOT BUY!!! This is not even remotely close to what is advertised and the customer service is just ignoring me. There is no weighted element to this and no faux fur on the inside it’s just a thin polyester cheap as heck piece of material. Avoid.

Biggest SCAM of the century. Facebook happily advertises this "company" and its fake products. It has been several working days since they said it has been delivered. They are responsive to my emails eventually but the whole thing is a con as they are lying about the status of the parcel. Now I'm concerned about my payment details being leaked on the dark web due to these mongoloids.

Scam company. Tried to cancel order 10 mins after placing it and sent several emails. Had a response 2 weeks later, after they had shipped, saying it was too late to cancel as the order had been shipped. Then they have told me if I want to return the items there will be a restocking fee of 30% and that I would have to pay for shipping to Australia... I have not received any communication since despite several emails sent.

Absolutely DO NOT buy this I purchased 2 of them on a deal and the product is not as described the material stated on the website 95% cotton 5% spandex is inaccurate the material is in fact 65% cotton 35% polyester. The feel and quality of the product is awful and customer service is shocking they do not respond to emails requesting a refund despite the 30 day money back guarantee stated on the website, complete scam!!
