I absolutely love my chair. I've had it since Jan 2025 and I use it twice a day. When the chair started making some funny noises and a motor stopped working, customer service quickly sent a new part and a technician out to remedy the situation. Couldn't ask for much more. One could say the motor should not have died so soon and while I agree, the real test is when you have issues, how does the company respond and I give 5 stars.
I test drove chairs at a Massage Chair store for 4 hours prior to picking this chair. It is perfect for me, 6'1" but my 4'11" is too short.

Steve Reeder, that’s who I write this review about today. I will give you a note, if you can afford one of these chairs buy one as they are great. This review is to talk to you about zero pressure sales, about someone who was truly interested in my back problems, and how it would potentially add to my life. He is professional, knowledgeable on product, and effective with his communication. When I gave him my number and asked for more information, I got exactly what I asked for and nothing else. Finally today on the last day of the roadshow one message giving me an update that’s when I complimented him and he sent me this link to share my experience with you all.
I’m so grateful for Steve. I’m gonna end up buying one of these chairs for sure and what I learned is when it comes to doing business I want to be more like this man, conduct myself with zero expectation on the customer, professional, and kind.
I have the world’s best BS detector, arm amputated as a result of Addiction. I’m in recovery we can smell BS a mile away. The chairs are absolutely great, the professionalism and the company is a place I want to do business with and conduct myself the way they conduct themselves
Thank you for my most positive customer experience I’ve had in a very long time. I’m going to save Steve’s number because it was a pleasure to work with this man. Hopefully I buy one of these chairs this week, but I’ve test drove a couple and, wow, they are amazing.

I purchased Infinity Imperial Chair in November 2020. The chair is every good. I bought five year on site repair warranty. They have been great with the repair. Parts were sent and repair was scheduled efficiently.

IF you have owned a massage chair you know they some do not last years down the road. Bought a massage chair, Infinity, from Costco and we love it. Ran into a few problems with a few mechanics a year later but Infinity has the best costumer service to repair it . Our service guy Jason is a great and they replaced the parts. They call again to make sure all went well. Would buy here again.

We bought an infinity massage chair in Dec 2021. Recently we heard big noise as the chair tried to move up, also some minor issues with the foot massage part.
I submitted a service request online.
Quickly Nick from tech service followed up with me to understand more about the issues. He then escalated the request. Anthony contacted us for a video to show the issues and then arrange the parts and local technician for the repair. The local technician Rudy did a fantastic job repairing the chair. Jen followed up after Rudy's visit to make sure everything is good. and now the chair is as good as new!
Often it is pleasant to make a purchase but it is frustrating to request a service. It is not the case with Infinity massage chair. Everybody I contact with was so polite and professional, they got the job done quickly and nicely!

Bought the chair from Costco and it was delivered and installed in a few weeks (busy holiday season). The chair is great and replaced a Panasonic chair I’ve had for 20 years. The modes are great and the strength is good too.
After 2 years a sensor failed and they quickly shipped out a part and arranged service (all under warranty). I was nervous about this aspect but zero fears - the tech was highly competent and did a few upgrades to prevent and recurrence (the sensor wire was relocated and better secured so it didn’t detach). Both the tech and Infinity had great communication and follow up - I can say without reservation they stand behind their product.
I’m as optimistic about this chair as I am about my older Panasonic ( still working).

Purchased chair for my wife with several ailments and performs well. My granddaughter noticed a cover panel at the base was loose. Talking to customer service, was directed to tech support and using phone photos we were able to determine the proper part. A new part was shipped to my home directly and after about a week, a technician called and we set up an appointment for repair. He repaired it quickly although it was more complex than it seemed. The whole process was done professionally and courteously. Asking the technician what his opinion was to the cause of the damaged part he replied that it was most likely during packaging or shipping. No complaints. Great customer service and product.

Sales rep. Phil was the Best, he answered all my many questions even the dumb ones. I saw him & chair at local Costco. I was not there to buy a chair. I had never heard massage chair but he convinced me to try it out. I have multiple joint issues & arthritis everywhere. I liked it but was skeptical, I am not rich. Next day I took my sis (retired rehab. nurse) back with me. We both say in chair. Rep. (Phil) went out of his way to make sure we understood all the benefits. My sis told me in her professional opinion she thought I would truly benefit from using this chair. I bought it. Just delivered. Delivery team was very nice and friendly but knew nothing about assembly &. set-up of chair. Called Infinity & tech is supposed to come next Friday. They are also sending me printed instructions & missing pad. More to follow. Stay tuned😲

I recently had a new chair with a minor warranty, the ease of setting up the appointment the communication and receiving the part in the mail was efficient the tech arrived on time and the repair was completed and they also did a full check of the chair before they left. If any future repairs or maintenance are needed I am very confident in this process.

I purchased 2 chairs at a conference in Vegas, the process was simple. Delivery Company was a nightmare! But thanks to Heidi I was able to get everything worked out and pick them up from the warehouse about 3 hours from me. If you ever need customer service you better hope you have Heidi helping you! I have one chair at home and one at work.

It was just the right amount of pressure and the traction was heavenly. I’ve tried many massage chairs over the years and I can honestly say this particular mfg & model was perfect. Recently purchased Kyota M900. I’m loving the massage chair, it has so many different options & features. There was an issue with delivering the incorrect color of armrests. However I spoke with Crystal S. at Infinity and she was amazing. I felt like a valued customer from the moment I called. She communicated every step of the way to get the issue resolved in a timely manner. I’ve never had such a great customer service experience.

We've had our massage chair for about 3 years and we really love it. Just recently someone accidentally broke the controller by dropping it into the arm crevice while it was operating. We contacted the support team for a replacement and they had a new remote installed at our house within a week. We're very glad we went with Infinity for our massage chair purchase!

My husband loved the chair for the first year and a half we owned it. Then the entire front/inset part where you sit separated/ripped out from your bottom to mid back. No way to fix that! But we covered it with a blanket because it was expensive and still worked. Well, a month ago it stopped working altogether, 21 months after purchase. My husband called customer service and was told that it's not covered by the warranty and that there are ZERO replacement parts for that chair so it's now a very expensive paperweight. Very disappointing. That is just not long enough for it to last based on the cost.
*** UPDATE - my husband reached out to them at their request and they said they are sending us a refurbished chair at no cost. Will update later once the chair is received! I'm cautiously hopeful.
** Further update - We did receive the refurb chair yesterday from Infinity. Except for the footrest (which won't go up or stay up) it seems to work well, and it looks virtually new. We appreciate Infinity sending it, and I'm hoping it will last at least as long as the prior one.

From the first call about an issue with my massage chair I felt in good hands. The Representative listened and took quick action to get parts shipped out ahead of the service call.
The tech that was hire was precessional and made the necessary repairs quick.
The Rep at Infinity called me within an hour of the completion of repairs to verify everything was working . It was great Customer Service all around.

What a great chair to have in your home. Love to sit in and relax after a hard day of work. When my chair started making a strange noise, we contacted the company, and they identified the problem. They FedEx the part and set up a repair service call. The repair was successfully completed, and the technician was very professional and completed the repair within an hour. I was very pleased the service and repair.

Purchased our Infinity chair about one and a half years ago. We love it and it has been an excellent purchase. One of the arms recently worked itself loose. We communicated with Ryan at Infinity and he stayed very active on trying to solve our issue. He determined a technician would need to come out. Ben was excellent tech. He was communicative, efficient, extremely knowledgeable and was able to solve our issue. Great experience working with both Ryan and Ben.
