3/3 payouts are declined. Again by a rule that has been invented on the spot. You should be ashamed. They make up the rules you put in and as soon as you ask for them they no longer answer your emails. Too bad I can’t send screenshots.

i buy 2 times funded , after i made 2560$ profit yesterday i placed withdraw request they denied my withdrawal request without any reason.i think we are all gonna complain on Eightcapital because they have jointventure with broker .infinity FF 10000% SCAM

Withdrawal Request Denied - Scammers

Yesterday I requested the withdrawal of profits but the request was denied without any real reason. I respected all the rules of Infinity Forex Found and never exceeded the limits imposed.

You are real scammers

Had multiple accounts with them and spent a lot of money on their challenges. Followed all the rules and requested a payout took them over one month to respond and declined my payout using the multiple IP lie. Unfortunately these guys are con men can’t believe they are still working. Please don’t waste your time on them. Loot at StakeXcel platform, delivers quick returns and good customer support

Hello traders, for my part the infinity forex prop firm is not a serious company.
Infinity forex doesn’t respect the work of the detail traders that we are.
They are there to collect payments for challenges.
We must do our utmost to close propfirms like them, which do not offer quality and the well-being of the trader.
Their nightmares are withdrawal requests. Infinity Forex will seek everything not to distribute profits. We must take action to close this type of company, unless they want to change their mentality, and simply respect their commitments.
I will keep you informed of the conclusion of my repeated withdrawal request.

This firm support has been avoiding the messages that I sent to them about the problem I'm facing with my account with them, but they'll not do anything about it. They only want your money and make all sorts of empty promises, but in the end, they'll let you down. I've moved on with PAIVA for reliable and confident results -they offer top-notch services to their customers.

Unfortunately this company does not live up to its claims. You will be pushed around with excuses and reasons on why you wont be able to withdraw. Please be smart and not waste your hard earned money and your time on such a poorly managed company like this. It is a dead end road that wont get you anywhere.

Dont trust them, they are SCAM. When you are succesful they close your account for no reason. First they suddenly changed the rules for my funded account in allowing only 10 trading positions at every time. They dont even tell me about it!!! Then i was sucessfull with new adapted strategy also. So now they had to pay me another profit split. But they prefer to close my account. Thats what they wrote: "Dear Trader, We hope this email finds you well. We value your partnership with Infinity Forex Funds, and it is with regret that we bring an important matter to your attention regarding your trading account xxxxxxxxx. Following a comprehensive review of your trading strategy and its potential impact on our risk management, we find ourselves unable to continue supporting your current trading approach. The inherent risk associated with your strategy poses challenges to the overall financial stability of our firm. While we appreciate the diversity of trading strategies among our clients, we must uphold a risk profile that aligns with the long-term sustainability of our business. Unfortunately, your trading strategy falls outside the risk parameters that we can accommodate. As a result, we have made the difficult decision to close your trading account with us, effective immediately. This decision is not a reflection of your trading abilities but is solely based on the risk assessment and financial considerations of our firm. In line with our commitment to client satisfaction, we acknowledge the note based on what is described in the Independent Contractor Agreement – Funded Trader, clause 21)b). Here are the key details related to the account closure: - Closure Date: 16/09/2024. We understand that this news may come as an unexpected development, and we apologise for any inconvenience it may cause. Unfortunately this company does not live up to its claims. You will be pushed around with excuses and reasons on why you wont be able to withdraw. Infinity forex funds as been a bad broker and they took all my funds and run away and if not for the help of the profile name on my display picture that save me there scam with in a short period of time

Customer service always responds fast, got paid a profit share within 5 business day.

Ho acquistato una challenge presso Infinity Forex Founds perchè erano provvisti di piattaforma MT4.
Dopo alcuni mesi di attività hanno deciso, unilateralmente e senza prevenire in alcun modo, di ritirare la piattaforma MT4 e migrare verso una nuova piattaforma completamente estranea.
Inoltre cosa molto più grave e trufaldina, il bilancio del mio conto è ritornato a zero, benchè fossi in attivo sul mio conto (ero a circa 1/4 di profitto sul target).
Alla mia osservazione di quanto accaduto mi hanno risposto "We understand that start all over can be frustrating, but we trust that you'll be able to get to the requirements to complete it and get a funded account."
Come si può dare fiducia ad una azienda che si comporta in questo modo,
Chi mi dice che al superamento della challenge i pagamenti vengano effettuati.
Sarebbe stato molto più onesto proporre un rimborso, cosa che non è stata fatta e dimostra la loro poca serietà.
Inoltre non rispondono alle mail di assistenza.
Assolutamente sconsigliati, state alla larga.
