Scam company. Not looking for traders looking to make a smash and grab.

I passed 50k funded recieved two payouts without issue then the third an final payout they decide to accuse me of "copy trading" to avoid the payout and me having full access to larger withdrawals.

Do not waste your money, this company is a subsidiary of Prop trade tech. All interlinked with 8Cap. It's all one big scam. Avoid all or risk losing your capital.

This prop firm is a scam they give you a challenge account and you pass it then trade the same way on the live account we made 13k profit asked for withdrawal and they are saying you breached the rules also it is dx trade platform which isn't good need mt4 5 to trade I did ask for a refund when I realised it was dx trade please stay away from these prop firms

I am disappointed with Infinity, as I bought an account in March/24 and until then I was trying to be consistent in carrying out operations within the company's rules. So much so that I followed all, I repeat, all the rules to keep my balance positive and wait for the withdrawal. Infinity simply denied my withdrawal alleging a breach of the risk management rule, but if Infinity has withdrawal limit rules, drawdown limits, established lot limits, what violation regarding risk management did I commit? I followed all the rules and alleging this type of breach is not appropriate because if the profit was obtained within the rules established in operations, profits and everything else, it is not appropriate.
This is abuse, disrespect and lack of ethics on the part of Infinity. I invested my time and money in a company that I considered serious, but apparently, there won't be any valid operation for you, it's just deceiving the customer, offering promotions and rules that even if you comply with them, they won't be accepted. For my part, Infinity is a fake, opportunistic company.

Totally Fraud I made 980 usd and abide by all rules they mentioned but at the time payout they rejected with excuse of Risk management

otra empresa de estafadores al igual de thefundedtrader. o peor. me negaron un pago por 4800 dólares con la excusa de que infringí una regla de gestión de riesgo. pura mentira todas mis operaciones fueron bien 10 operaciones en un mes y solo un stop de -500 usd en una cuenta de 50k. son todos estafadores sin escrúpulos no pagan estas ratas. cuidado gente cuiden su dinero de estos estafadores.

Decline Reason: Breached Copy Trading

After finally getting funded, my payout was denied due to copy trading, this is a complete lie, I have nothing to do with other traders. I don't think they even bother to look at your trades but this is their standard excuse to close an account and not have to pay out! really a total scam!

If you want to lose your time and your money Infinity is good .Simple 100% scam ....

Since I’ve passed the challenge it has been a circle of lies and excuses for not paying.
I trade for 90 days when usually is 30 days and they came with excuses that I breach their rules and declined my payment.
If someone knows were we can make an official complaint to destroy and brig down this company please share.

This firm is the worst prop firm; they are not consistent in their service, and they only want you to keep adding more funds to them. I'm disappointed because I'm a victim of this firm, and I've learnt my lesson the hard way. I've no regret choosing to move on with PAIVA has been the best alternative so far all year.

Did not receive my payout and waited 1 month to get an email with response for copy trading ????? my withdraw was 9000 dollars while I was trading on a 100k account.

They didn’t pay out. Passed multiple times, they made every excuse in the book multiple times. 0 stars.

Il raconte que j ai viole la règle de consistance alors que tous mes trades sont quasi 0,3 donc dans leurs règles lot mini 0,08 et Max 0,64.
Réponses bidons pas d exemples.
FUYEZ , PASSEZ VOTRE CHEMIN sinon perte de temps et d argent.

A 2 giorni dal payout (29K) hanno interrotto il servizio causa migrazione di piattaforma (con 2 soli giorni di preavviso) senza neache menzionare la piattaforma che avrebbe dovuto sostituire la mt4. giorni di attesa. Dopo settimane è arrivata l'email che la migrazione dell'account su piattaforma DxTrade era completata. Azzerati i giorni di attesa per il payout. Passati i giorni di attesa ho richiesto il payout. ovviamente essendo in utile, il payout è stato rifiutato e l'account chiuso giustificando la decisione in quanto : "Sfortunatamente, la tua strategia di trading non rientra nei parametri di rischio che possiamo accogliere.". I was in Rule before the migration, after that I win a trade and stop to trade during 20 days

I bought and was approved for a 100k funded account, I requested the withdrawal and the company kept making it difficult to withdraw for 2 months, until today, 10/08/2024, they canceled my account and did not give me the transfer of the profit obtained in my account!
Worst forex company I have ever seen in my life, do not buy from these crooks!

Unprofessional and Unreliable - Constant Platform Changes and Position Closures

I have never encountered such a chaotic experience with a prop firm as I have with Infinity Forex Funds. In just two months, they’ve changed their platform three times, and each time they closed my open positions without prior notice or consent. As a trader, this is completely unacceptable. How can anyone develop a successful strategy when the firm arbitrarily closes trades?

Each time, they claimed it was part of an effort to "enhance the user experience," but there’s been nothing enhancing about it—just frustration and lost opportunities. They also accused me of breaching the daily drawdown, but the reality is, without their platform changes and forced position closures, I wouldn’t be in this situation.

And if they respond to this review asking me to contact their support, let me make it clear—I’ve already reached out multiple times, and they haven’t provided any real solutions. Any attempt to act as if they’ll resolve this is simply for show.

If you’re looking for stability and professionalism, this is NOT the firm for you. Infinity Forex Funds has turned into a complete joke with these constant disruptions. I would advise anyone serious about trading to stay far away from this firm unless they want their positions closed and accounts breached through no fault of their own.
