Reliable IPTV for with Room for Improvement
I’ve been using Infinitview IPTV for about two years now, and overall I’m happy with the service. Most of the channels work well, and for me the most important thing is soccer. I’m able to watch games live from different countries and leagues, which is exactly what I need from an IPTV provider.
A good internet connection is definitely important to get the best experience. Occasionally, I do lose connection, but when that happens, I reach out to customer service and they usually respond with steps to fix the issue. Most of the time, their response comes within 24 hours.
There was one time in the past when I had to wait several weeks for a response, and I thought I had lost my service completely. That was frustrating, but they eventually got back to me and resolved the problem.
Overall, despite some occasional connection issues and that one delayed response, the service has been reliable for what I use it for, and I’m satisfied after two years of using it.

Been with them for years. Comcast was ok but when Infinity took over it’s been awful in every way possible. Looking elsewhere for sure. Run

Was working so so (lagging)for the first few months but it was tolerable, had lost everything?
I contacted customer support and they were very very helpful! They helped me with everything and everything is working fine. Its rare you get support from most iptv providers.
And on top of that they offered me an extra month for my troubles.

Awful Service..scam
The service is always down, you will never get a live customer service rep to assist. Even when service is up I constantly get playback errors on all 3 tvs although I’ve cleared cache and did repeated troubleshooting on my own, as it’s impossible to get support or a refund for the service I never received!Save your money and time and don’t use this company!

2/7 Update: After over a month, they are able to fix the issue. Everything is smoothly running again. They promised to extend my subscription for 2 months.

Customer service is only responsive when you’re requesting a trial or about to pay for a subscription. After about a month, the service stops working and support completely ignores requests for help. I paid over $80 for a one-year subscription, and it turned out to be a total waste of money. Consider this a warning—be cautious, as this appears to be a scam.

Radio silence when things go wrong
The service has been generally good but they let themselves down with the lack of service when things go wrong. Have been without anything for 3 days now and Whats App messages are being ignored. It seems that others have experienced this too. I have 3 lines, none of which are working. This also happened three months ago when they did actually reply to my message to tell me that their main server was down - it came back in the end though.
Overall I've done ok out of the 12 month contract - it expires in April so the 8 months where the service has done what it's supposed to have still worked out cheaper than buying Sky etc. I just don't like the radio silence when things go wrong so I won't be renewing.

Incredible service fast no buffering
This service was so simple and easy to apply to my TV and fast to run on my Smart TV all the channels are working perfectly no problems with buffering or rendering there are so many channels once I have never even heard of before and I am so excited to get to know this service more the resolution is great and so clear the response of loading each channel is very very fast I am so glad I found this service and made this purchase I will forever be a customer of this service thank you.

Once uouve paid your money they ignore any issues, cant watch anything, contacted them several times, but no resolution. The whats app chat suppirt is useless, says any issues are not down to them, then ignores further messages, avoid at all costs, £60 down the drain.
