Much better than Argos monkeys
Bought some paving strangely enough from a paving company. Easy to contact about delivery details. Delivery was spot on and so is the product. Price was good also. Best I found. Would use again.

Delivery not in time frame given and no call from driver, so a day wasted waiting in, goods well packed and delivery guy placed pallets where required. Not opened yet but assuming as ordered . Would use again

Avoid if you are in their courier delivery postcodes
Only delivered half the order and courier brought it with a very underpowered pallet truck not a forklift. Not ideal so not only did we need to get assistance from a local farmer to get it to door we also had that situation repeated due to only half the order being delivered. Not infinite per se but deeply unimpressed with the courier they use.
Update 26th Feb - Infinite team took this situation very seriously and worked hard to resolve to satisfactory conclusion. I really appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction. Edited the review to reflect the level of support offered when issues where experienced.

Dear Suzanne,
I am very sorry for the frustration caused by the delivery being split in two and the inconvenience of having to get the farmer out twice to move the pallets as a result of this.
Deliveries are indeed made on a lorry with a tail lift which does use a manual or electric pump tuck for delivery as specified on our website, rather than a forklift to offload. Whilst being a kerbside delivery, the drivers will attempt to leave the pallets on the driveway if there is a dropped kerb and a tarmac, concrete or solid surface for the pallet truck to roll on but unfortunately the pump truck will not roll on gravel.
