I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to my Reiki Master Teacher Claudia for the invaluable knowledge, care, support, and inspiration I received during my Reiki Level 1 training, as well as through the remote healing session that helped improve my health and well-being.
This training became so much more than simply learning Reiki techniques. It was a profound journey of self-discovery, an opportunity to reflect on many aspects of my life, and to learn to truly listen to myself. Reiki has gradually become an integral part of my daily life, helping me maintain inner balance, better understand my emotions, and cultivate a greater sense of harmony.
I have become much more mindful of my body, my emotions, my thoughts, and my overall health. Over time, I have experienced greater peace, confidence, and trust in the healing process. My daily life and habits have become clearer and more intentional, and positive changes have naturally unfolded.
I am deeply grateful for the knowledge, wisdom, and inspiration that my Reiki Master Claudia shared with me. Reiki has become far more than a healing practice—it has become a way of life that helps me maintain inner harmony, care for myself, and welcome each new day with gratitude.
