Unparalleled Customer Service
First of all, the product (books) were great! I pre-ordered and asked for signed copies and got exactly what I requested. Furthermore, the owner, himself, took the time to personally email me to answer my query about delivery timeline. One absolutely could not ask for better customer service than Infected Books give. I recommend them, and their books, to anyone out there looking for their next great read!

Glad it arrived.
Book arrived in terrific condition and I am very pleased with it. My only complaint is that it took 2 months to receive. I ordered in December 2022 and did not receive until February 2023.
I am sure it is because of customs and not your fault.

Thanks Sharon. Whilst I'm not offering excuses, yours was an exceptional delay. The Christmas and New Year holidays combined with strike action by Royal Mail workers to cause delivery problems for orders shipped overseas. I'm sorry it took so long!

I love the special edition hard copies of the London trilogy. I wish David would have been able to make more of a profit off them despite production costs. Perfection in writing and servic
The level of service I received was second to none. When the copy of Exodus arrived water damaged due to the international courier David was extremely helpful and issued a replacement version in super quick time.

Fantastic!
I bought a few of David Moody's books. Of course I love them! Overall, shipping was pretty quick, and the quality of the books were handed with care. I think the ONLY downside of my purchases is the fact that I live in the United States, so they cost a little more and I have to pay X amount for shipping. But it hasn't stopped me and won't stop me from buying! 🙃
