Infatica.io Omdömen

The proxy i bought from them did not work at all and customer service name robert was such a stupid guy he did not offer me refund .

Overall this service is both expensive and awful. The website is slow as hell, and its proxies are all complete garbage. The quality is extremely bad. I spent 6 dollars to try it—basically throwing money out the window. Guys, stay away.

I have been using Data Center Proxies for the past 2 months for testing. It is the Best and I am delighted with it. The best thing is that 99% of proxies don't require Google Captcha, and they are fast and work well. Price is also reasonable, Customer service is invaluable and friendly

I ordered Infatica’s Dedicated datacenter proxy on 10-11-2025 expecting the features listed on their site. In practice the service did not match those claims: IP locations were incorrect, proxies dropped frequently, and throughput was far below the advertised numbers when I ran standard connection tests. I reported the problems to support and followed every troubleshooting step they provided, but the issues persisted. Support promises were not fulfilled and my refund request has not been honored.

I’m posting screenshots of test logs and the support thread. Because this was my direct experience, I cannot recommend this provider and I advise others to be cautious. Take screenshots and payment receipts if you choose to try them.

I found Infatica when I needed a good proxy for gathering data. It was easy to get going and worked without hiccups. The support team was kind and helped me sort out my setup. Everything stayed clear and smooth. I feel safe using it day after day.

I’ve been using this proxy service for a few weeks now and it does the job. The setup was easy, and the speed has been consistent. I use it mostly for market research and haven’t had any issues. Happy so far with how it’s working.

I bought a few ISP proxies as a test and had some problem with one of their subnet.
Support was helpful and replaced my proxies until we found proxies suitable for my use.

I needed proxies and the chat support guided me on selecting the right type. I purchased datacenter proxies and I'm pleased with their high performance and uptime. Thanks, guys!

I've been using Infatica for a few months and am very satisfied with their service. Their proxies are fast and reliable, perfect for my data scraping needs. Customer support is responsive and helpful, solving issues quickly. Their pricing is competitive, offering good value. Highly recommend Infatica for anyone needing quality proxy services.

I had an excellent experience with customer support via chat. The representative was very attentive and provided all the necessary assistance to resolve my issues.
Vlad helped with the choice of proxy, for which he thanks a lot.

This website is the most disgusting one. When I tried it, I only spent $1.90, but then it automatically deducted $45 from my payment for three months. After I found out, they didn't help me deal with it, and even blocked my account. Such an attitude. Very bad, obviously a scam, everyone must be careful.

implementing Infatica's Residential proxies was a easy for me, thanks to their well-documented API docs. Moreover, the standout feature for me was the good support team at Infatica. Their quick response and effective assistance helped me resolve issues promptly. That's why I'm give it a well-deserved 5-star.

I experienced incredibly fast and highly effective support through live chat in solving my problem. My sincere gratitude to Robert for providing me with friendly and helpful assistance during our live chat today!

Using infactica for a few weeks now and so far very impressed. The web scraper api works on some very hard to scrape websites and is a more reasonable price vs other super APIs I’ve tested.. the support reply is quick too for any questions or problems. Infactica is an essential part of my tech stack

Tried this service and never felt so lucky!

Very high quality of proxy, very nice and friendly custom support, they have never left us without assistance and could always find solution for any issue our request from our side, all in one moment, and they have never left us on read.
Yes, it might be not the cheapest proxy service, but for such high quality and support such price is more than enough. It is very heartwarming when any request is well handed, and there was no situations when we recieved a "no" or ignore from the service side.

Such a pleasure to work with Infantica.io, 100\10, strongly recommend

I've been utilizing Infatica's proxy services, and they undeniably stand out among competitors. Their customer support is top-notch; my interactions with their representative, Vlad, were swift and efficient. Truly a professional experience – I highly endorse them!

The assistance was top-notch, with Robert being exceptionally accommodating and keen to address all my inquiries)

As someone who has worked with multiple services, I must say that infatica has great Proxies. In addition, when I have any problems, even though it is the weekend, they help directly within a few minutes.
