They truly are THAT comfortable. I honestly have never spent this much on heels but from someone who completely stopped wearing heels, because they always hurt, these are worth every penny. I can finally wear heels again!! I have worn them twice in a week (a wedding and a date night) and my feet never hurt!! I will be buying boots for winter soon!
Great customer service
I bought a pair of shoes for my girlfriend she saw and liked. She loved them and they were very comfortable despite being sexy looking shoes. After wearing them a couple times there was some minor cosmetic issues. I took pictures and sent them to customer service thinking they may say it was too minor to warrant replacement but to my surprise no questions asked they said that’s below their standards and sent out a new pair right away. Best customer service I’ve ever had !
I got the black suede Alta pumps
I got the black suede Alta pumps. Most comfortable pumps I’ve ever worn!! I plan to get several more pairs here as I can afford them!
INEZ shoes….not great customer service
I recently received my 5th pair of INEZ shoes. I ordered the Mia black suede sling back shoes to wear for 2025 holiday parties. I have loved every pair until this pair arrived. The packaging and stick to hold the sling back strap in place stretched the elastic gore of the sling backs rendering the shoes unwearable. They slipped off my feet when I tried them on in my home on my carpet. I reached out to Inez for a resolution and was told that they do not give replacements or refunds on shoes that have been worn and offered the link to a cobbler in New York that was great at repairs…..I live in Georgia. I could have them repaired by a cobbler and send them the receipt and they would reimburse me for the repairs. The nearest cobbler is 20+ miles away. Needless to say this will be my LAST pair of Inez shoes.

Singing Praise for Inez’s Shoes and Customer Service
I cannot praise this company's customer service and shoe quality enough. I spoke with Melissa today, and she was not only helpful and knowledgeable but also a genuine pleasure to work with. Regarding the shoes, they are among the top two most comfortable high-end brands I have worn. I especially want to highlight the Sofia, which I wore to a gala out of town. As an experienced wearer, I knew to bring band-aids for a new heel, but I wore them for nearly five hours with no pain or issues. They looked stunning and required no break-in period. The Camilla is also a favorite. I am grateful for Inez's attention to detail. I love what you make—keep up the exceptional work.

I truly should have read the other reviews before ordering - SO disappointing. When I got them they looked so cute, I also found them to be reasonably comfortable. I had been getting marketing for months about their comfort and quality so finally caved and ordered a pair of boots during their Black Friday sale. The quality for the price? Absurd. I wore them ONE day around my office (carpeted - eg never walked outside so never even hit concrete/pavement) and the leather is already cracking and peeling off the toe. As others have noted in their reviews, the bottom part of the shoe is somehow detaching from the sole (?). For $300?! I feel scammed & am not sure what to do. I wanted to love them but overall a very upsetting experience.

2 stars because these shoes were slightly comfortable, but not extraordinarily comfortable by any means. My main issue is the quality does not match the price tag. After only wearing them twice, the leather on the heel has already peeled off. I contacted the company and was informed that this is considered normal quality for INEZ shoes (my exact question was ‘please let me know if this normal quality for INEZ shoes’) and they suggested I take them to a cobbler for repair. I own several different designer leather heels and have never had this happen, especially within the first week of wear. Very disappointing as I was looking forward to purchasing other styles.

Marketing is lying, the shoes are UNCOMFORTABLE
I have purchased the shoes in the beginning of 2024. I only wore them for 15 minutes, at first they seemed to be somewhat comfortable so I removed the sticker. After wearing them for another half an hour, they were killing my feet. They are literally the most uncomfortable heels I have ever owned. I was so disappointed because the company advertises comfortable heels, and they are also very expensive. For a year and a half the shoes have been sitting now in my closet and I don’t know what to do with them. I cannot bring myself to throw them away (like burning 350 bucks 😭), but I also haven’t found anyone willing to buy them (also I don’t want to sell this trashy product to anyone, but then again - maybe it will be comfortable for someone) and I also don’t know if I should even donate them. Extremely disappointed .. when I reached out to the customer service they told me that I can get them to a cobbler in New York and they would pay for the service … well if I’m paying $300 for shoes, I don’t wanna be running around town fixing them. I want my money back. I am so so disappointed. I would never buy from them again and would never recommend.

Fraudulent Company- DO NOT ORDER
Fraudulent Company- DO NOT ORDER! They Charge astronomical restocking FEE - they duplicated my order - sent 5 pairs of shoes, charged me for 6 pairs- (3 duplicates) and now are charging me $160 to return!!!! Ridiculous company!!! Shoes are not even comfortable as they advertise.

I never write reviews but I felt obligated to write a review on how above and beyond Inez customer service was. The truth is I didn’t end up keeping the shoes - only because they did not work with the dress I bought it for. However, I will 100% be ordering from this company again in the future when I need a new heel.
My experience this time was this: UPS ended up delivering the shoes to the wrong address. I was so excited for the shoes to come and was anxiously waiting for delivery (as UPS said it was out for delivery by 7 PM). I keep checking the front door and nothing - no shoes. Eventually I get an email from UPS that they were delivered -
so I quickly go to grab them and…nothings there. I check the UPS email and the photograph of delivery is clearly not my front door nor my house. I was so upset. I immediately out a claim in with UPS - but i STILL didn’t have the shoes. The next day I called Inez customer service and spoke with “Anthony”. He was so understanding and helpful and immediately offered to ship me a new pair ASAP. He even let me switch the width (I second guessed if I needed the roomy after I ordred them) without even questioning it. I was so pleasantly surprised by how helpful and accommodating he and the company was given the situation. I thought they may have made me wait a bit to see if they eventually turned up (which would have defeated the need for them since I needed them ASAP). But nope - not even a question nor any hesitation to assist me. While the shoes didn’t work for what I needed this time - I will definitely be giving this company my business again in the future. This is how a company should treat their customers - even when the mix up was not their fault.
Also, for what it’s worth, UPS was terrible and unhelpful. They closed my claim in less than 24 hours because the driver provided a “photograph”. When I told the UPS customer service rep to check the other photographs in my address history, they could clearly see it was NOT the same house - but could not do anything about it. How does that make sense? The photograph was clear proof it was not delivered…yet that’s why they closed the claim? What if that package was irreplaceable? Definitely not a fan of UPS.

Paz70 Stretch boot: uncomfortable, terrible customer service
I purchased the Paz70 Stretch boot. They are beautiful. I wore them around the house a bit and they seemed good so I decided to keep them. Last week I wore them to a concert and mid-way through the show my feet were killing me. Not great for a shoe made by a company that boasts comfortable heels - the only reason I even purchased. And after emailing them directly I was told that they do not accept returns for shoes that have been worn. This is a terrible policy. The shoes are supposed to be comfortable, they are expensive. Well, for me, they ended up being g terribly uncomfortable. So, bad product and even worse customer service. Buyer beware.

Comfortable and Great Customer Service
I have had the best experience. I bought three pairs and all are incredibly comfortable. One pair had damage and they not only refunded me but shipped me a new pair. Their customer service is top notch and I would buy these over and over.

I had a good experience with them. I bought the silver Yvonne mules and the arch support bothers me a little. I called their NYC number and got a real live person who helped send me a new pair half size up - with no charge. At the same time, I received a thoughtful reply from another person in their office offering to send a free UPS pickup if I wanted to send the other one back. But I didn't need to immediately so I could compare them. What company does that?!! So great! The half size bigger wasn't better so I am going to roll the dice with the original size. A friend who has two pairs of their shoes and has plantar fasciitis swears by them and I think if you have foot problems or a falling arch, this company is for you. I don't have feet issues so not sure I want the added padding but I have to say, I loved the customer care. In this day and age where people outsource CS to randoms and/or you can't even get a reply, the trust and help I got from Inez stood out. (As it happens, I am a fashion journo, but they didn't know this and they don't know anything about me, so the fact that they treat customers with this care in a "blind" shopping experience says it all!) Highly highly recommend.

Too narrow, not worth the money
What a waste of money. I don’t recommend them and am so disappointed with these shoes, especially considering the price point. $500 down the drain.
While the arch support is nice, is it negated by the terrible cut of the shoes. The shoes run VERY small and VERY narrow. Inez is aware of this issue and customer service advised sizing up by half a size, but why not use standard sizing when designing your shoes? I ended up having to go up a full size, which accomplished the goal of getting my foot in the shoe, now there is an inch of excess material on the back end of the shoe, making it obvious in a sandal heel that it’s the incorrect size.
In my Isabel block heel sandals this excess length is obvious and looks unrefined. The Isabels are comfortable so it’s shame it wasn’t cut to the appropriate size. In my Marisol 90 booties the extra half size did nothing. Even getting the shoes professional stretched (twice!) by a cobbler, I still feel immediate pain when wearing them.
In hindsight the fact that all their marketing is almost entirely Instagram sponsored content and it’s impossible to find reviews (no reviews on their website!), are huge red flags for a brand whose products don’t speak for themselves.
Dear leadership, spend less on marketing and more on actual product development so customers don’t regret their purchase!

Don’t Do It!
Purchased 4 pairs of shoes to which all were poorly fitting, uncomfortable. They are not at all as advertised. Worse, I have yet to receive my refund. I have been told I have to wait 30 days. They have already received the shoes back perfectly. No one responded to me. Didn’t answer the phone or email. Created a chargeback only to still try and get my refund. Do yourself a favor and don’t go down the same rabbit hole. They are not worth it!

What a scam!
What a scam!! I paid $250 for a pair of pumps that were annoyingly advertised on my Instagram non-stop. I want to attach some pictures of the sham job they did in putting these heels together. The leather was ruched all along the outside of the shoe and the same for the leather that covers the heel.

You Will Wear Them EVERY DAY
Good looking, well fitting, comfortable shoes with adequate arch support are like finding unicorns. INEZ makes the perfect shoe. I was skeptical upon first trying them on, it took a while for them to break in; but at some point I realized that every morning when I go to put on shoes I reach for the same pair of Inez booties. Nothing else, short of my ugly running shoes, are as comfortable. They are my go to, walk all day comfort shoe, AND they are nice looking. I wish I had invested in more pairs of Inez, because the other shoes and booties in my closet just take up space.
