TOTAL SCAM! 100% of reviews are 1 star! Nobody has received what they ordered! After waiting for your order for 3 weeks they tell you it was delivered yet they never sent your order! They mail you a small packet of seeds (which do not grow anything). Scam Scam Scam!!!!

I didn’t get what I ordered

Shame on me! This was a scam and I never received Heirloom Plum Trees (buy 1m get 1 free). They even emailed me a tracking number as a proof of delivery. That's when I traced their support email address and found out I was scammed, royally.

Absolute scam!!! Ordered plum trees, paid through paypal...months later they showed bogus delivery, and paypal refused to refund.

I dont know who's worse, the Chinese thieves, or paypal supporting them.

I ordered the plum trees after seeing their ad on April 9, 2026. I got the initial tracking on April 12, showing that it had been processed in Oviedo, Spain. The tracking continued until May 9, 2026 showing that the shipment was in transit in the United States. On May 15th, I sent a query for an update and they said it had been delivered to my mailbox on May 12th. I told them that it had not been delivered and that their tracking showed last that it was in transit. They said that I would have to check with the carrier. I told them that I wanted a replacement or a refund and they refused. This is a SCAM company. Do not order from them. From the looks of all the other reviews, it looks like I am not the only one to get ripped off.

I have NOT received the trees yet.
When will I receive? I was hoping to receive in time to harvest fruit this season.

I purchased a buy 1 get 1 plum tree sapling order. After over 1 month not getting my purchase, I was send 1 small package of seeds!! Their customer service is terrible!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CHEATERS!!

Ordered live saplings and received a small bag of seeds. Prompt customer response service stating that product is confirmed to be what was ordered. NOT! LIVE SEEDLING is NOT in the form of a seed. total scam!

This seller sent me a small pack of seeds. I sent them pictures of what I received from them. They will not give a refund and claim the warehouse sent the product I ordered. Did not buy any of these scams!

Product says it was delivered but it actually NEVER arrived after almost a month and half!! Also, I didn’t realize I was ordering from overseas. I thought I was ordering from California. So they probably should clarify that when ordering. Now I feel like I just got scammed.😡 Refuse to help and tell me tell me it’s the shipping company’s fault, not theirs! BS 😤

This is a scam, ordered trees and paid for expedited shipping almost thirty days later received some seeds for something, tried to contact customer support and can not get any response back, also way over charged for taxes. Don’t understand way you can’t give a score of zero or worse for a company that does not deliver!

Scam company. Ordered Peach tree saplings and got two small bags of crappy seeds. They should be arrested.

Total scam, they didn’t send saplings like offered bur two one inch pouch with seeds. Wrote to say I didn’t recieve what I ordered and they offered me $6 refund. avoid at all costs

Lies. Bait and switch methods. They advertise one thing, then send you another. They are based in China.

I order Plum tree but never receive my order. The create fake shipping. Tracking number. after waiting got email said your order was delivered. and i never received anything .They took my money lost $54
Big Time SCAMMERS

I ordered grafted plum trees and received a bag of 50 mystery seeds. Now monitoring my credit card closely.

April 2nd bought 6 plum saplings. Track the shipment every couple of days. Finally after 3 weeks sent an email stating the trees were delivered. I immediately emailed stating I had not received them. I was told check with the post office. Post office had nothing. Emailed 4 times explaining I had never received the order and requested my money back. Asked if I would take $8 dollars then $13. Spam at it's best. Never do business with them you'll be screwed.

This is a scam. I ordered two plum tree sapplings and they sent me some seeds.they are not refunding me. Beware!! They are scam!!!

these people buying from this company shouldnt be allowed to advertise or trade anywhere, or on face book,they are scammers ,ordered 2 plum trees from inevitablybrg at a cost with delivery of£29.68.i have been enquiring about my order and the reply was that my item had been delivered at the local post office.Pay pal have been as good as useless for me to get a refund.now they have closed my case and are refusing my claim,looking into this i recieved a small parcel with a few seeds in it no details of supplier,around 50 p worth around 10 days ago never thought anything about it.now i realise that the seller and pay pal has agreed that my item as been delivered solicitors call this brushing,dont fall for the scam like i have.
