Great Service and Products

We have recently moved to Industrial Workwear from another supplier and I can honestly say it was a great choice. The team have been helpful in helping us decide on the best choice of Uniform to meet our business requirements and Lauren has been an excellent account manager. We had a slight mix up on one item that was shipped in error. Lauren dealt with the replacement and return quickly and efficiently so it meant we were able to rollout our new uniforms to all our staff in time.

Lovely quality & fit for a reasonable price.
I've used Industrial Workwear as my PPE supplier for a few years and recommended them to my father to supply uniform for a restaurant he has just opened.
He's really pleased with the quality and speedy turn around. He and the staff alike have all given positive feedback on the fit and feel of the uniform. They posted the sample to him for approval with a pre-paid envelope to send it back, all very straight forward for someone not very tech-savvy!

Excellent customer service
Placed a small order for some workwear and a few of the items were incorrect. I made contact with the Customer Service department and explained the problem and they rectified the issue straight away and I received the correct items within a week. Excellent customer service

Simple and easy to use portal for ordering. Going forward it would be great to see choices of unusual sizes available, such as slim fit and extra long sleeve and leg. I would recommend Helen and the team to anyone interested in having company clothing.
