I ordered some acoustic inserts from Indow, and was pleased at every step of the way. Martin was very patient, and answered all my questions and concerns. The windows have helped reduce the amount of traffic noise, and I can now enjoy peace and quiet throughout the night. Thanks Martin, and thanks to Indow for your professionalism throughout everything.

A total scam. $1,000 for two window inserts that do absolutely nothing. Flimsy, cheap materials combined with a return policy that says they won’t give you a refund if it doesn’t work. Big red flag. The product is garbage.

Horrible website. Outrageous markup. Instead of being so horrendously marked up, lower your price (you’d get a lot more business).

My husband and I purchased Indowwindows two years ago and purchased additional windows this year. We live in Massachusetts and own an old 1700's house. From the beginning Reed and the staff assisted us with advice on measuring the windows to assure the fit properly. They all fit perfectly! The windows have helped so much in the cold winters and look beautiful, they're perfectly clear and very easy to insert and take out if needed. Saved our house!!! We just bought a historically significant home in Indianapolis that is unfortunately located on a very busy street, Meridian St. The front rooms of the house were uninhabitable because of the traffic noise so I took a gamble and ordered Indow windows for the front master bedroom… Indow windows have saved our home!!! We are able to sleep without any disturbance of traffic noise. My daughter says her ears ring from silence.

We put 13 of these inserts in our 100 year old farm house last spring and after almost a year, we can say we are extremely pleased with the results. They were a great alternative to new windows which would have been cost prohibited. The drafts normally felt on cold windy days are gone. Our home is more comfortable and the amount of LP gas used for heating has been greatly reduced. Visitors don't even notice the inserts unless we point them out. For us, the inserts were worth the investment.

A 43" by 43" standard insert was quoted for $330.64. And even said it included installation?? I'm like, installation fee?? Aren't these inserts we install ourselves? The product does not cost much in material and workman ship! I'm not even going to ask about their next step up from the standard version. This is just greedy corporate America at its finest! Not worth it. Better off installing new windows. And by the sound of it, it will most likely not eliminate outside noise.

We have had the window inserts installed in our downstairs for a couple of weeks now and all I can say is - THEY ARE GREAT!
I could feel the difference the moment - literally the second - I put them in (they are that effective, and my windows were THAT drafty).I left on a work trip for a week shortly after installing them, and when I got home all I could do was remark about how much more comfortable the house felt. Also - you really can't see them, and guests definitely don't see them. The measuring process takes a bit to complete, but I'm sure it's why they are such a perfect fit (we ordered ~20 inserts for the whole house). Online portal was good and the team was responsive over email.

No reduction of traffic noise. I'm very disappointed. I would not recommend these inserts. Do not waste your money.

Indows is a great alternative to exterior storm windows.

Love our Inserts. Cuts down on outside noise and window air leaks. No regrets; Would buy again. Excellent customer service.

The windows are really great for sound (I'd give them a 5 out o 5 for that). But, I have large bay windows... and I didn't realize that putting this Indow window inserts would be an ordeal to put on and off each time I want to open the windows to get some fresh air. So, for sound, I'm very satisfied. However, for ease of use, they aren't great for big windows. Still, I'm very satisfied with the purchase.

I was getting very frustrated however Daniel helped me through it. My husband and Daniel got it validated finally.

Our window inserts are very nice and we really like them. The fit is nice and snug. Frost on the window frames, which a major concern of my wife's prior to the inserts, was greatly reduced. The biggest surprise for me was how much quieter our bedroom is and how much outside noise they canceled out.

I was very pleased with my "Indow Windows" experience. I have rather "tall" windows and my experience with measuring and installing the inserts was very positive.

I would highly recommend this company and product.

Got three window inserts needed a thermal break for the cold in Alaska. They worked and I didn’t need to replace those windows. I did the measuring myself with the kit they sent and they fit perfectly upon install.

For the cost, the Indow Window did not take care of reducing noise behind our townhome all that much. Some sounds are muted, but I paid 1,000 for two inserts and it didn't as much as I thought it would. The people are the company though are very helpful and nice.

Enjoy the quietness and the look of your window will definitely buy again and I have referred your company to a lot of people

The Indows are well made and work well. I ordered some of 3 different types (noise, uv, and darkening) and they all work well. The company is easy to work with and provides all the tools to easily properly measure for a perfect fit. This was a much cheaper solution than replacing the existing windows, plus we didn't have to deal with the hassle of having someone remove existing windows and install new ones. I would definitely buy them again.
