I request the payment of at least 7,000 USD from the royalties shown in my Indiefy account that have not been paid to me, and I demand a full accounting of this amount.

The minimum of $7,000 I had accumulated over two years was reset to zero on my profile, and I have received neither support nor payment.

Es vergonzoso el nivel de estafa de Indiefy. Soy usuario PRO de pago y actualmente la plataforma me tiene retenidos un total de $1,430.69 USD en regalías legítimas. En mi propio panel financiero figura que mi "Próximo Pago" estaba programado para marzo de 2025, y a fecha de hoy, agosto de 2026, sigo sin recibir un solo dólar de ese dinero. Lo más grave es que el sistema sigue registrando mis reproducciones mes a mes, lo que demuestra que siguen lucrándose con mi trabajo mientras congelan de forma fraudulenta mi saldo acumulado de $1,146.71 USD y mis ganancias pendientes de $283.98 USD. El soporte lleva más de un año entero ignorando mis correos y tickets de asistencia. Además, se niegan a tramitar la baja ("takedown") de cientos de mis canciones, manteniendo mi catálogo secuestrado en las tiendas digitales sin mi consentimiento. Ya he interpuesto una denuncia formal ante la PROFECO (Procuraduría Federal del Consumidor) en México en contra de INDIEFY S.A. DE C.V. por incumplimiento de contrato y retención indebida de fondos. Exijo la liberación inmediata de mi dinero y la retirada urgente de toda mi música de las plataformas de streaming. ¡No caigan en esta estafa de distribuidora!

Piattaforma gestita con i piedi e totale ostruzionismo. Al primo caricamento hanno completamente sbagliato a gestire una traccia; ho mandato subito un'email per segnalare il problema e non si sono mai degnati di rispondere, a dimostrazione di quanto siano seri. In più impediscono l'accesso al profilo anche con credenziali corrette e bloccano le tracce per 90 giorni senza alcun motivo logico. È un sistema studiato solo per trattenere la musica e i soldi degli artisti. Statene alla larga, sono deiCLOWNS totali.

Waiting for royalty payment for almost a year now. Chat support bot does not help, and emails are being ignored. Please don't use this, you will NOT get your money.

I am extremely disappointed with this service. I requested a payout more than a year ago after reaching the required payout threshold, and to this day I have not received any payment.

I contacted support multiple times regarding this issue. At first, I received a response stating that they would contact me by email and help resolve the matter. However, that follow-up never happened. Since then, despite several additional attempts to reach them, I have received no meaningful response, and now they do not respond to my emails at all.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this distributor. If you depend on receiving your royalties and expect responsive customer support, you should be aware that getting paid and obtaining assistance may be extremely difficult.

my boyfriend has uploaded music onto here for years ish, he has money in his pending and had like wanted to take it out, they said wait until april so fair enough he waited. he had emailed them non stop asking when it would come through and if it would, they would never reply or put the effort in. He had also put a tiktok comment on their tiktok account asking and there has been no reply, he’s supposed to get it this month but i’m starting to highly doubt this app pays you, he put hard work and effort into that music to be uploaded, it being uploaded itself is good. Although he made money off his music and is unsure if he will ever recieve it. i wouldn’t recommend this there are better.

Estoy de sepcionado la verdad ya tengo un año con indiefy vendiendo mi música y la verdad no he visto ni un peso reflejado de las regalías se supone que cada canción se deve subir a YouTube como en Spotify y las demás plataformas y solo en YouTube solo hay 3 canciones puras fallas la verdad avía visto algunos comentarios que decían que indiefy eran unas ratas que te roban tu música y que no te pagan tus regalías que te roban tu dinero y la verdad beo que es cierto son unas ratas

Big Scam, they owe me about $700 for like 5 years now still not paid.

I've had $150 in earnings sitting in my dashboard for almost over a year. Every follow-up gets the same reply: "there's an issue." No resolution, no timeline, nothing. They distribute your music fine and collect the streams — but when it's time to pay, they go silent. Hundreds of artists on Trustpilot have the exact same experience. This is not a delay, this is a pattern. Avoid Indiefy completely. Use DistroKid or RouteNote instead.

Desde el 01 de marzo de 2026 solicité el retiro de mis regalías pero para ello tuve que pagar una suscripción "PRO" (de PRO no tiene nada), misma que al tener dicha suscripción tenía preferencia para retiros de regalías e incluso atención al cliente prioritario y desde ese día al día de hoy que es 01 de abril. NI ATENCIÓN, NI DINERO.

En su portal tienen un chat "BOT" (por cierto) que NO sirve para nada, en el dashboard no tienes información clara, ni entregan comprobantes de los movimientos que uno realiza. Después de solicitar el retiro de mis regalías el sistema me asignó una fecha de pago para ese mismo mes (marzo) porque un día en concreto no te lo dan y tienes que vivir adivinando cuando caerá tu deposito.

Si los intentas contactar a su correo electrónico ABSOLUTAMENTE NADIE TE RESPONDE.

EXIJO UNA PRONTA SOLUCIÓN AL PAGO DE MIS REGALÍAS INMEDIATAMENTE.

Indiefy is a complete scam and a fake music distribution platform. They keep artists waiting for months and even years, but don’t release payments. They show earnings in the dashboard, but when it’s time to pay, nothing happens.

My payout has been stuck since **15 December 2025** — Amount **$100.00** — Status: **Pending**.
Balance shows **$112.19**, but **Paid Earnings: $0.00**. This clearly shows they hold your money and delay endlessly.

They promise “Next Payment: March 2026”, but there is still no payment. This looks like a tactic to keep users waiting while they continue to collect revenue from artists’ music.

Indiefy keeps you busy for years, gives false hope, and never pays in dollars. Many artists are facing the same issue. This is not a reliable distribution service.

⚠️ Warning to all artists:
Do NOT upload your music to Indiefy.
Do NOT trust their payment system.
Your earnings may get stuck for months or permanently.

I will leave this site after this month. I strongly recommend everyone to avoid this fake scam music distribution website.

I'd rate -100 stars if i could, they deleted my profile but kept my music in stores & took all my royalties. DO NOT DISTRIBUTE YOUR MUSIC WITH THEM!!!

They never reply to our emails or support requests. We have been asking to withdraw our royalties since September, and we received no updates. However, when we emailed them a few weeks later saying that we could not pay for their subscription, they answered in less than 24 hours.

We are still waiting for a response regarding the royalty withdrawal requested in September, and we still have not been paid. We are changing our distributor immediately.

By the way, Indiefy is using the aggregator Fuga, and Fuga will remove them from their client list in the coming days.

no inicio de 2025, solicitei o pagamento dos meus royalties através da Indiefy. Recebi uma resposta da empresa em [26/08], confirmando que estavam cientes do pagamento pendente e pedindo paciência devido ao elevado volume de solicitações.

No entanto, até hoje 25/10/2025, o pagamento ainda não foi efetuado, e não recebi nenhuma atualização concreta sobre a data de pagamento.

Tenho todos os emails e comprovativos da minha conta de artista com a Indiefy, mostrando que cumpri todas as obrigações necessárias para receber os royalties devidos.

Solicito que a empresa resolva esta situação com urgência, ou que forneça uma explicação clara sobre o motivo do atraso.

Estou a partilhar esta experiência de forma profissional, com o objetivo de que a Indiefy honre os pagamentos pendentes e melhore a comunicação com os seus artistas.

These guys are scams never paid me my withdrawal is sitting on pending for over 5 months with no pay bunch of scams. I worked hard to promote my music and make money now they don’t wanna pay me. They need to get arrested. Bunch of scammers

Faz mais de 2 anos que to tentando receber meus royallite.. está mais de $: 300 e não consigo receber, ja mandei mas de 50 e-mails e nao respondem!

Son unos ladrones y estafadores, me deben mucho dinero que jamas llegará, no me dejan cancelar la subscripción PRO, y es lamentable que no contesten a los correos.

They don't pay, this Distributor is a SCAM, I still don't know how they weren't arrested with so much theft, but justice in Mexico is blind. Since 2022 they haven't paid me, their support system is almost entirely automated, they run away whenever I try to talk to them.

I had an issue with my release. After sending an email to Indiefy, I quickly got an answer from them, assuring me everything was okay. Thanks for being so responsive!
