Fake promises, lies and deception. Brokers will lie to you to sign you up and then disappear.

They promise whatever it takes to close you, then don't honour it. Both founders know and don't care.

I am not a walk-in client. I have bought multiple units through this brokerage, including two at Emaar's Oasis in a single launch, and have transacted eight figures through them, my circle has transacted 9 figures. That is who they did this to.

At the time of purchase, their salesperson Himanshu Vasistha made me a commitment in writing for a cashback on the purchase, to get me to sign with him rather than someone else. I signed. He got his deal. The commitment was never honoured — not late, not partially, never. Then he stopped answering calls and messages altogether. That was Q1 2026. It is now August.

I raised it with the company properly and privately first. Our team sat in their own office, in person, and also multiple times in person and in calls, and put the full written record in front of them. On 17 July I was told on the phone that their internal investigation was wrapping up and this would be settled in "10, 15, 20 days maximum." That was the second deadline they gave me. Both passed. Nothing since.

One dishonest salesperson is a hiring mistake. What tells you about a company is what the owners do when the client puts the evidence on the table. So:

Shiv, co-founder, has been saying "another two weeks" for months. Every deadline he set, he broke. He has never once contacted me first — every conversation happened because I chased him.

Meet, the majority owner, never responded at all. He was informed directly, by more than one person, over months. Not one call, not one message, not one word. A founder hung up on me mid-call and then went unreachable for days.

They have a minority 3rd co-founder, who said the founders wouldn't care, and will just focus on other clients, and recommend others to do the same.

That is the actual review. Two founders, months of documented evidence about their own employee's fraud, a client who has spent eight figures with them — and they decided the cheapest option was to say nothing and wait for me to give up. They are entirely comfortable burning a client and their whole network. They have made that choice deliberately, over and over, for months, in full knowledge of the facts.

If you're considering them, understand what you're being sold. They will lead with their Emaar rankings. Those rankings measure how much they sell, not whether they keep their word. And when they tell you they now do signed agreements and post-dated cheques for everything — of course they will say that, and it changes nothing. A document only matters if the people behind it intend to honour it. These ones already decided, at the top of the company, that they don't have to.

Whatever they promise you to get your signature, assume it ends the moment you sign. Mine did.
