From customer service to the engineer arriving everything went so smoothly waiting time was one day.engineer sent texts to my phone saying what time he would arrive arrived on time I told him my concerns with my oven issue.on completion of work done he told me the issue with my oven great job done very professional.would highly recommend.

Fantastic customer service phone, WhatsApp and engineer
Amazing that you can chat with the customer service team on WhatsApp. Book services so easily, and get troubleshooting tips by video. We had an issue with our washing machine and the engineer booking service is quick as well. And engineer as helpful as the customer service team, they rang after repair to ensure we understood what the issue and solution was -top service

Brilliant dryer and had an issue with it with something getting caught in the waste water pipe and they were out to fix it within the week. Would highly recommend.

Both the 1st call to the day of engineer calling , the team kept me up to date with time & date of call out , the gent who called was fast and reliable on time & knew what he was doing. I called on a Monday afternoon and had ot fixed by the Friday.
