To be honest I was very doubtful about ordering from Inddus but I gave it a try and ordered a suit piece. I must say that I absolutely loved it. I am very happy with the purchase. The saree i received is in perfect condition and the colour is just beautiful.I already have 6 sarees from this brand and this is the 7th one. Indus has always been upto the expectation. Love the brand. If you want beautiful saree at afordable rate just don't think twice and go for it. You won't regret for sure.

I would love to give "-5". Ordered 2 dresses, one dress fits and the other doesnt. Stitch is horrible.
I tried getting in touch with them on whatsapp, they said send an email to customer support. After that no response on whatsapp either.
Save your money and stay away from these people.

It's a fake company. Plz don't order anything from this website. I ordered a saree and made online payment. They sent me a fake message stating that the product has been delivered to you. But in reality they haven't delivered it when I called on the given no they said I will call you back let me check, but since then I haved called, emailed but they are not responding at all

They are only cheaters and looters. Have placed an order a week ago and till now have not received any details on shipment. The worst of which is that the account from which the order was placed is shown to be not existing. When I try to login it shows invalid user/password. No replies from customer support too. Pathetic service, probably scammers.

Beware!! They are totally fraud.. they are not at all trustworthy. it's been 3 months since I placed my order. I tried contacting them through emails, I even tried calling them more than 100 times, I texted them on whatsapp also.. still no response from them Such a pathetic service. U people are really disgusting. I will ever and never recommend you to anyone..Shame on you for leading such a fraud business. I am highly disappointed dat I ordered from you. You have no ethics at all. They have such a poor customer service that we have to beg for the justice for our money!! I have no enough words to scold you. Whenever buying anything over the internet you are never sure what you will get but I am so glad I ordered a dress from Induus, the quality is fantastic and I can't wait to wear the dress to my daughters wedding.

Recently ordered a dress. After that, got an email asking for measurements for which I replied. I received the dress with in few days and when I opened it doesn’t fit and the measurements were completely off. I can clearly see they made adjustments to existing dress and mailed it to me. They didn’t even bother to atleast make right adjustments. My advice, just don’t buy it with them

BEWARE and PLEASE READ- I WISH I could give it 0 or minus stars. I ordered an outfit from this company and the piece they sent is a used piece. It smelled like some one wore it many times. It looked used too. When I contacted them, they told me to dry clean it and they will refund my money. I spent so much money on this stupid dress so that I could wear it, Inddus is not refunding my money. I emailed them, tried contacting them via chat. They are not responding. It’s a horrible company and doesn’t even stick to their words. It’s horrible to be in a business like this and have poor customer satisfaction. I live out of country and had to wake up in the middle of night to communicate because they are not responding to emails. Sad and disappointed that I ordered from here. Will never recommend it to anyone.

Adding to my review which I left yesterday. So, Today I received an email from Inddus customer support that I should remove my negative review and they will refund my money. Ha ha!! How ethical of a business is this?? SHAMe on you, Inddus. Please DO NOT order from this company. They are complete rip offs and have really poor customer support. I am not hesitant to say that they are fraud company . BEWARE INTERNATIONAL BUYERS, IT’s A PAIN TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

I really thought I would stop here but I am so upset at this company and their standard of practice and height of lying to the customers. Last Wednesday, they sent me an email saying they processed the refund and it should process in 24 hrs. It’s being 72 hrs now and I don’t see any money back in my account. PLEASE STOP LYING and be honest in your business.
