Worst Customer Support. I had mailed twice to know my order status but no response. Even the customer care number they had provided, always remains switch off. What kind of service is this? I need the delivery by 26th Nov, 2021 and placed it on 11/11/2021 and still no update. Now I'm feeling insure if my 10000/- has been wasted!

I placed an order may 5th for a gown anarkali and still waiting for updates on my order. For the past 2 weeks I have sent several emails for an update and to ensure my correct measurements and no response. I try to chat with customer service online and nobody replies. I called twice and no answer and I even tried to chat on WhatsApp and didn't receive a reply. Maybe this will get their attention because I am reporting them for fraud to my credit card company!!

I am really happy and satisfied with the product I received and also the service they provided. I wanted the product to get delivered to me in 3 days and they did so. The product and service they provide are awesome.

I wanted to buy few dresses for wedding, but wanted to try buying one to see their quality and service. I'm glad I did purchase one only. Poor quality, stiching and service. While ordering, I selected custom made what they send was readymade product...not per my size at all. Length of dress is so long that I have to wear 4 inch heels with it, not just that too loose from sides as well . After I send a message, they responded saying u wanted the same design.
They didn't consider the size I gave them.
I wish I would've donated that money somewhere...now it's just a piece of junk taking space in my closet.

I have ordered twice in the past and each time the order was of very good quality and arrived on time. On my third order though, I have been waiting for it for over a month and the updates from the company leave a lot to be wished for. I can see the parcel is stuck in transit for over 2 weeks (most likely lost), yet no resolution has been given. I either want A: a proper update on the status of this parcel, rather than just seeing the days go by with nothing happenings, B: the item resent, or C: a refund if you are unable to provide the product that I have paid for. I have recommended this website to all my friends and family in the past as I was so amazed with the quality of the products and the service that was provided. I can't say I'd do the same now. In the past too, they were responding very timely whenever I would message, and would make an effort to keep you constantly updated on the progress. Not sure what happened now.

I'm happy with the product and the service specially. They understood I needed the product within 4 days so they made it a point to send it within time. 👍👍

This site is a scam ... they never gave me my order and they took my money when i ask for the refund no one answers me ... don't order if you don't want them to steal your money...

Very happy with the purchase at Inddus. Ordered one Anarkali dress. They provided custom stiching and guided well for measurements. Communication was very smooth and whole process was very easy. Delivery was on time. Got the dress delivered within a week of purchase.

I ordered a beautiful pink lahenga... which is just waawo... Best thing is they provide stiching. You can customise as you want... Thnkew so much inddus.. you deserve more thn 5*..

I ordered a beige and pink lehenga and it's fits beautifully. All the requests were fullfilled and communicated well.
I even got the delivery on time which is a great thing.

I have ordered bridal lehenga, which is very elegant and it gives very good look. lehenga is too good compared with other brands. Stitching is perfect as per requirements they have stitched.
Over all I am very much satisfied with inddus brand. I have purchased lehenga and salwar suit. I would recommend everyone to trust and start purchasing ur desire dress.

Inddus did a great job custom making my Indian outfit from the measurements I sent from USA. It fits perfectly, looks beautiful and arrived very fast. Will definitely recommend them and order from them again.

It’s always nice to get a product of your choice . I loved Inddus dresses especially suit sets I had bought 5,6 dresses till now loved the fabric loved the work especially embroidery and loved the fitting... dresses are same as shown... recently I bought Inddus red suit for my first karwa chauth and every one appreciated a lot ... 🥰🥰

I have ordered 4 dresses and all are good quality dresses and well custom-stitched. Fuzail is very responsive and helpful in every order. It is a peace of mind shopping sitting at home. I will order more dresses. I didn't find any such website that delivers the best quality dresses to the USA with free shipping.
