Incredible Omdömen 

The volume on the phone (XR ) was so poor I could not even hear a caller or even hear the phone ring. So, I took the phone to my local Cell Fix and he fixed it so the volume is normal! Now I love my new phone!

It was my first time but I had trouble at first with the payment but then I got huge help this is a excellent website!!!

I love it!! I bought a new iPhone XR for my teenage daughter at less then half the price of one at my current provider. Actually less then half the price I could find on any iPhone XR online or in any stores. I paid for the medium grade phone where there could be visible scratches but no cracks or dents. Once we received it we looked over it very very well and found one tiny scratch that was barely visible. Extremely well worth the money. The charger that was sent to us didn’t work after the first day. And I have contacted customer service about the issue and they are taking care of it. Great phone, great price, great service.

I've never heard of Trust Pilot or Incredible Phones. I was looking for a deal online, as we all do, and eventually talked to Bryon through the chat feature regarding guarantees and what it meant to buy from Incredible. I was so pleased with the customer service and "as depicted" descriptions of my purchase, I made a video review for customer consideration. Don't worry about spending the money upfront. Myself and other customers took the leap of faith for you! It's well worth considering Incredible for your next phone purchase.

Awesome customer service! Received the phone within a couple days of ordering and in PERFECT condition. Highly recommend this company for all your cell phone needs!

Phone was in great condition. One very small nick on the side of the camera and a scratch on the bottom next to the charging port. Everything else about the phone was great. I paid the extra 10 dollars to have it delivered early but there was a delay but it still got here the morning after. Overall great experience, customer service was great.
