"I visited Incredible Connection Menlyn on the 3rd of July to return Pantum printers that I bought at Incredible connection Cresta, I am a reseller and I have been buying from Incredible connection for years but my clients wanted a different brand of a printers. The customer service from IC Menlyn was extremely disappointing—staff were unhelpful and dismissive, refusing to process my refund telling I can only do returns at Cresta where I bought the printers. My offices are based in Pretoria why must I drive to Cresta to return? I waited 3 hours with no resolution, and the manager Matthew was rude and not helpful. This experience was frustrating, and I expected better service from a reputable store like Increase Connection to do better.They even refused to borrow me

Phoned the 22nd of June, to ask if they have stock of a tablet Lucia confirmed they have the tablet in stock we even confirmed the price to make sure, we are talking about the same tablet. When we arrived in store she told us there’s no stock of the tablet, and laughed at as. Lucia didn’t even offer to locate a store with available stock. Service is pathetic! Went to lakeside mall and the service was much better.

The Cashiers were nice and even though I JUST bought something and immediately returned it- it was only because I bought the wrong kind and yet they were still so nice ! Incredible, definitely NOT incredible...
I am writing to express my continued frustration regarding the lack of service and communication from your Knysna branch. As previously mentioned, we submitted our computer for repairs on March 6, and to date—nearly two months later—we are still without our device.
What I find most unacceptable is that I have had to initiate every single follow-up myself. Not once have I received a proactive update from your team. Each time I call, I am met with excuses: the technician is on holiday, the manager is unavailable or also on leave, and no one seems willing to take responsibility or provide a clear update.
Yesterday (29 April), I spoke to Mandy, who took my details but was abrupt and dismissive. While I understand that staff may be under pressure, I did not appreciate her tone or the lack of accountability. As a paying customer, I believe I am entitled to professional, courteous service—especially after paying R2,599 for a part that has yet to resolve the issue.
At this stage, I requested the immediate return of our computer. I will handle the matter independently going forward, regardless of the cost. I will never recommend Incredible Connection again—particularly the Knysna branch.
This level of service is completely unacceptable, especially when someone's business relies on functioning equipment.
