IncHub Group is a UAE based corporate services and advisory firm helping founders, SMEs, family offices and international investors establish and grow their presence in the United Arab Emirates. We operate through two licensed entities, IncHub Corporate Services Providers LLC on the mainland and IncHub Financial Services FZCO in the DMCC free zone, based at Al Fajer Business Centre in Al Garhoud, Dubai. Our services span company formation across mainland, free zone and offshore jurisdictions, PRO and visa processing, corporate tax and VAT advisory, accounting and bookkeeping, transfer pricing documentation, AML and CFT compliance, VARA and crypto licensing, and offshore structuring for holding and investment entities. We also support clients with corporate banking introductions, regulatory filings and ongoing compliance obligations under UAE law. IncHub is a DMCC Authorised Channel Partner, registered with GoAML, and our team holds CAMS certification, giving clients confidence that every engagement meets the compliance standards demanded by UAE regulators and international banking partners. What sets us apart is the combination of technical depth and accessibility. Clients work directly with experienced advisors rather than being passed between departments, and every engagement is handled with the same rigor you would expect from a much larger firm, without losing the responsiveness of a boutique practice. Whether you are setting up your first company in Dubai or restructuring a multinational group, IncHub is built to be your long term compliance and advisory partner in the UAE.

I engaged Inchub to set up my company in the UAE and the process was handled start to finish without friction. They guided me through the KYC requirements, prepared and turned around the MOA quickly, and kept me informed at every stage so I always knew what was outstanding. Coming from abroad, that clarity mattered. What stood out was how proactive they were — I rarely had to chase anything, because they had usually flagged it first. They now handle my company's bookkeeping as well, and the same standard has carried over. Professional, responsive, and genuinely easy to deal with.
Definitely recommended.
Svar från Inchub Corporate Services Providers LLC
Thank you Mr. Michael, for taking the time to write this and for describing the experience so specifically. That kind of detail means more to us than a star rating alone.
You have put your finger on exactly what we try to deliver for every client coming from outside the UAE.No gaps in communication, nothing left for you to chase, and a process that feels managed rather than just processed. The fact that you felt that from KYC through to MOA and beyond is genuinely pleasing to hear.
We are glad the same standard has carried through to the bookkeeping side as well. That consistency across services is something we are deliberate about, so it is good to know it shows.
We look forward to continuing to support your business here in Dubai. Always here when you need us.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Trusted partner since 2020
We have worked with IncHub Corporate Services provider since 2020, and they have supported our business at every stage.
They helped us set up our company and handled all the paperwork from start to finish. They also helped us open accounts with UAE banks, which is often a difficult process, and they made it smooth and simple. Since then, they have managed our accounting and the renewal of all our company documents, always on time and without us having to chase anything.
What we value most is their attention to both small and big details. They are always available, they answer quickly, and they give clear advice. They make us feel that our business matters to them.
I highly recommend IncHub Corporate Services Provider to anyone looking to set up or run a company in the UAE.

Svar från Inchub Corporate Services Providers LLC
Mr. Said, thank you for this — and for five years of trust. That is not something we take lightly.
Reading through what you have described, from company setup and bank account opening through to ongoing accounting and document renewals, it is a reminder of why we built IncHub the way we did. One team, every stage, nothing falling through the cracks.
Bank account opening is genuinely one of the harder parts of establishing in the UAE, and the fact that it felt smooth and simple from your side is exactly the outcome we work towards for every client going through that process.
Five years of "always on time, without having to chase anything" is the standard we hold ourselves to. Hearing it reflected back by a long-standing client like Aube International means a great deal to the whole team.
We look forward to the next five years and beyond. Thank you, Said.

I have been working with this team for the setup and ongoing management of my company in the UAE, including corporate tax compliance, VAT matters, and administrative procedures.
Their support has been professional, responsive, and reliable throughout the entire process. They provided clear guidance, handled the paperwork efficiently, and helped me navigate regulatory requirements with confidence.
I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for knowledgeable and trustworthy business support in the UAE.
Svar från Inchub Corporate Services Providers LLC
Thank you for this — and for trusting us across what is genuinely one of the more demanding combinations of services: company management, corporate tax, VAT, and administrative compliance all running in parallel.
Clear guidance and efficient paperwork handling matter most precisely in areas like UAE corporate tax and VAT, where the regulatory detail leaves little room for error. We are glad that confidence came through in how we supported you.
We look forward to continuing to be the team you can rely on as your business grows here.

This is my second time taking business consulting advice from this company, and once again, the experience has been outstanding. Their knowledge, professionalism, and understanding of business are truly impressive. They listened carefully to my situation and gave me practical and valuable advice.
What impressed me the most is their after sales support. Once you purchase any service from them, you do not feel like just another customer. You feel like part of their family. They stay connected, guide you, answer your questions, and support you throughout your business journey.
Unlike many companies that simply sell a service and then forget about you, this team continues to be there whenever you need them. That level of commitment and personal support is very rare.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for trustworthy, professional, and long term business consultancy support. Definitely a 5 star experience.
Svar från Inchub Corporate Services Providers LLC
Thank you Mr. Zahid, for this and for coming back a second time. That in itself means more than any review.
You have described something we genuinely care about and work hard to build: the difference between a transaction and a relationship. The after-sales support you mention is not a feature we bolt on — it is simply how we believe professional services should work. Your business does not stop the day your licence is issued, and neither do we.
Being described as rare in that commitment is both humbling and motivating. We never want a client to feel forgotten, and reading this tells us that comes through in practice, not just in intention.
We are grateful for your trust, twice over, and look forward to being there for whatever comes next in your business journey.

Four years and counting , thank you Ms. Nada for this, and for the trust that comes with it.
Trade licence renewals, visa renewals, and everything in between handled ahead of time and without you having to follow up. That is the rhythm we aim to build with every long-standing client, and hearing that it has held consistently over four years is exactly the kind of feedback that means something.
We are grateful for your continued confidence in the team and look forward to many more years of keeping things running smoothly for you.

Svar från Inchub Corporate Services Providers LLC
Thank you for this and for giving us the chance to show you what the right team looks like after dealing with others who fell short.
The dedicated group approach works because your business deserves focused attention, not a single point of contact who handles everything loosely. Having each team member own their area means nothing gets diluted and nothing gets missed. Really glad that structure has made the difference for you.
We appreciate the recommendation and look forward to continuing to take care of your companies.

"Active all day long" is the standard the team holds itself to. When you are running a business in Dubai, questions and decisions do not keep office hours, and neither do we.
We look forward to continuing to be the team you can count on for whatever comes next.
