I LIKE THE WAY SHE HELPED ME WITH ALL OF MY QUESTIONS THAYT I MAY HAVE.

Hi after talking with Ann Larson
I'm a person trying to start a new business from nothing.
and the customer service and information I received was excellent and gave me information every step of the way of my process. and would Tell anyone to ask for Ann Larson and to take through their process for their business.

Ann Larson was such a help! She stayed on the phone with me for well over an hour to make sure I was completely satisfied when she was helping me with all my domain name questions! She even stayed on the line with me while she contacted godaddy.com to find out what the issue was with my account not pulling up! I have nothing but the best to say about Ann among other employees of Inc. Authority. From the very first call I had with them they have always been there to answer my questions to the best of their abilities. Ann is a Rockstar and I highly recommend Inc Authority for all your business needs!

I would like to give Ann Larson a 5 star rating on the quality your customer service concerning my GA annual registration amendment issue. I spent several hours online and on the phone searching for the correct process to go through in order to amend my registered agent and was unable to figure it out. First thanks for listening, and thanks for taking the time to research my issue and find a solution so quickly. I really appreciate your full attention to this matter. Now I feel confident that I'm following the proper protocol to get this change made correctly without any delays or issues.

Thanks again and have a great day!

Kindest,

Yolonda T.
