I bought the Indonesian Ambon Agarwood and the Tibet Manna incense sticks. It's been a magical experience. I'll definitely be coming back.

disappointed
Ordered more than 2 weeks ago, only two items have arrived which was just two days ago and two still not yet here. The packaging of the product is horrible, i have to throw the box away and clean the product by myself, now i dun even have a box to pack as a gift. very disappointed

Spot on customer service 👌🏼
I placed an order and did not receive any updated shipping information for a week so I contacted customer support to inquire and Martin was very helpful and updated my tracking info on the spot. With covid-19 and it being the holiday season I had to expect some delays but otherwise the customer service was great and I’m excited to get my package soon! Fingers crossed.
