Very Slow Hosting Performance – Not Suitable for Serious Websites
I am extremely disappointed with the hosting service. The provider advertises SSD-based hosting, but the performance feels more like an old HDD server. Website loading speeds are consistently slow, and even basic operations take much longer than expected.
Pages often take several seconds to load, which negatively affects user experience and business operations. Despite the promises of high performance, I have not seen the speed or responsiveness that should be expected from SSD hosting.
The server performance appears overloaded or poorly optimized, and support has not provided a satisfactory solution. If you are planning to host a business or production website where speed and reliability matter, I would recommend looking for another provider.
Overall, the service does not deliver the performance that was advertised, and I do not feel it offers good value for the money.

Avoid for Production Websites – Constant Outages and Unreliable Service
The plan may be cheaper, but the quality of service is disappointing. The provider advertises 99.9% uptime, but if you are building a serious project, you may be disappointed.
In just one month, my website experienced multiple outages, some lasting for several hours. On one occasion, the site was down for nearly 12 hours. These downtime incidents occurred repeatedly on different days and often lasted for hours at a time.
The most frustrating part is that the website frequently seems to go down whenever production updates are being made. This can be extremely irritating, especially when managing a live website.
Overall, I found the service unreliable and not worth the money. I would not recommend it for production websites that require consistent uptime and stability.

I purchased hosting services from IMR…
I purchased hosting services from IMR Hosting, but unfortunately the experience has been very disappointing. The server performance is extremely slow, which has affected normal website operations and caused unnecessary inconvenience.
Despite raising concerns, the issue has not been resolved satisfactorily. Reliable hosting should provide stable performance and timely support, but my experience has been the opposite.
I hope the company takes customer complaints seriously, improves its service quality, and provides a proper resolution, including a refund where justified.
Not recommended based on my experience.
