I’ve never changed my helix jewelry to a hoop before, so I was happy to see this website offers sterling silver hoops for relatively cheap! I love the way the hoops look and the material is really nice.

i absolutely love this brand! i have 12 ear piercings so far and have ordered each individual piece of jewelry specifically for each piercing. i love getting creating my own curation and impuria has so many cute options to choose from. the quality is amazing - i wear them every single day! and when it comes time to replace them i run straight back to impuria!

I loved my jewelry piercing for my ear it looks so beautiful! I will definitely order more.

As the title states, when I ordered, an extra item was added (without my consent) to the order and I was charged for it because they did it in a sneaky manner and I didn't catch it right away. When I tried to do a mock re-order, the same thing happened - an item was added (again without my consent), this time it was silver. I have tried to contact support to notify them and ask for a refund for the extra item and they didn't even acknowledge this. I was only told "We cannot refund once delivered". What's even more disappointing is that the items weren't even solid gold.

I wished I had read the reviews before purchasing.

I filed a dispute with my bank with screenshots of everything and they still denied my claim.

These people are crooks and it doesn't help matters that this happened around the holidays. Stay away!

I have super sensitive ears and usually struggle to find jewelry that doesn’t irritate my piercings or tarnish quickly love the earrings i got from here ❤️

Great customer service, I emailed asking for some advice on things to purchase and I got some great feedback.

They charged me twice and doubled my order. Now I can’t get them to email or call me back. Even their online chat won’t respond. Ghosted. I guess I’ll have to start a credit card dispute. I’ll definitely update this review if they actually respond and address this error.

I ordered my items on 27 April and I still haven’t got them. It said free delivery if you spend x amount which I did. The items have come from the USA and For some reason I have had to pay an additional £21 in customs. I have asked for some assistance and am told they have no control over our customs. I asked for a refund of the order or a partial refund to cover the charges but have been ghosted. I appreciate they may not have any control but they ought to warn customers that this might happen so that they can make an informed decision when purchasing,

I ordered several earrings, which according to the label should have been gold-plated silver. When I received them, I was surprised by the complete absence of hallmarks, but I thought that maybe in the US they have different rules than in Europe. Unfortunately, after only one day of wearing, the gold color on the jewelry started to fade, the second day they became completely silver, and the third day they turned black! Nothing like this has ever happened to me, even with much cheaper jewelry! In addition to the quality, the dimensions of the labrets on the website do not match, they say they are 6mm long, but in reality they were 5mm, so I could only use part of the jewelry I ordered, the rest was too short and did not fit into my lobes at all! Now I understand why they have turned off comments on Instagram...

Hardly any of their earring options come in multiple gauge options. Found out that I pruchased too big of a gauge for one piercing. The other earring I purchased worked, but was super cheap and came loose multiple times.

RETURNS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT. And shipping to that particular PO Box return address in Canada was going to cost $75. I spent approx $80 on the jewelry.

So I’m stuck with poor quality earrings that don’t even fit. This website is a scam.

This is the most terrible company to buy jewellery from. It is so cheap, bad quality and doesn't even function well.
I complained multiple times by different platforms and I haven't received any inkling of a reply. Their website says "satisfaction guaranteed or refunded" BUT how on EARTH can they do that if they don't respond. I really wish I saw these reviews first. SUCH A SCAM! STAY AWAY!

The worst customer service I have ever seen. Once they have your money, they do not care one bit!!!. Missed the Promo Code section at checkout for Black Friday for 40% off sitewide, hit submit and tried to cancel out the page but it went through so emailed the company's customer service contact immediately and explained the hiccup and requested modification to the charges on the order or to cancel it all together. they quickly replied (within just a few hours) that there was nothing they could do about it and offered a 25% off that only lasted 7 days. As if I was going to buy more products from them, with this being how they treat customers, ridiculous!

I order more than 2 months ago. Never received anything. I asked them a refund which never been made. They keep sending different track link. But never a solution. Be really careful. This website it's an absolute scam !!

I didn't realize that several of the pieces I bought are actually too large (gauge) and too long to work with my specific piercings. It very clearly states in bold on every page of their website: "SATISFACTION GUARANTEED OR REFUNDED." However when I attempted to start the refund process I was told that none of my items qualified. Apparently "any items purchased on sale or discount are non-refundable." Okaaaaaay then.
