I own a Landrover Discover Sport, bought from new in 2017. I recently had problems with the Sat Nav and Bluetooth. Took the car to a local Main Dealer. Paid for diagnostics and booked in for a repair. Later that day the dealer phoned. They couldn't repair my car as the part they had ordered was incompatible and the one I needed was no longer made by JLR. Their advice was find an independent specialist, they were not interested and couldn't care about me and my 9 year old car. Fortunately I was recommended to Team Impulse in Watford. From the start: positivity. They reviewed the car, decided a replacement "Head Unit" was needed, sourced a replacement and fitted it successfully this week. What a contrast to JLR's attitude. So a huge shout out to Ethan and the team at Team Impulse. Recommend 100%.

Cannot fault the service from ethan and the staff.my vw t5 went in for an upgrade alpine halo tablet front speakers tweeters and a reversing camera and im very impressed with the quality of fitting very professional.a few days later i had a proximity alarm fitted that ethan advised me to have.yet again these guys are awesome.cannot thank team impulse enough.

I recently returned to Team Impulse in Watford for a Ghost immobiliser installation. I had one previously and having just changed my vehicle I wanted one fitted to the new one. They offer the best security and provide peace of mind. I dealt with both Ethan and Paul during my visit.

They were both extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout. They explained the installation and once completed spent a considerable time with me to make sure I was entirely happy and understood all aspects of the immobiliser.

Immobilisers is one of many products they have to offer. I am now intending to update my in car entertainment system and will be returning soon to Impulse to speak to the Team and get some advice from them around what will work best for me.

We’ve used Team Impulse - Paul and the team many times over the years and honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. Every time they’ve been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and patient, always giving plenty of information and advice to help make the right decision on the best product for our cars.

What really stands out is the customer service — Paul is always at the end of the phone if I have any questions, no matter how small. It’s rare to find a team you can trust completely these days, but Team Impulse genuinely go above and beyond every time.

We take all of our family cars there as we trust them 100%.

Had a Dash Cam fitted by Impulse 2 years ago. Unfortunately had an incident on 11/5/26
Called Impulse a couple of days later to enquire if they could download the incident. They told me to come in straight away and kindly downloaded the capture to my phone. The front camera implied it was my fault but the rear camera showed a different story that the car behind undertook me and misjudged his distances. Saved me an insurance claim. Most companies are helpful when you purchase but not so when you require support. Impulse have proved to be a great company to deal with. The other lesson is, the rear Cam is as important as the front

Had Appleplay fitted to my car. Did a great job in good time and demo of system. Very happy. 😃

I had tried several garages & Suzuki to no avail to replace or repair my sat nav/radio, reverse camera etc system to no avail. Team Impulse were super helpful & booked me in for a replacement at a very reasonable cost & did a mimi tutorial on the new system. Totally recommend
