Final update

This company failed to deliver what was stated regarding inquiry removals, and the way the CEO handled the situation was unprofessional, inconsistent, and frankly concerning. Here is my experience:

1. Serious mistake by their representative

The representative assigned to my file Aaron Pinto:
• appeared distracted on multiple calls (baby on camera, stepping away, taking personal calls),
• gave conflicting information from one meeting to the next,
• guided me to apply for a loan before confirming whether I actually qualified,
• which resulted in a hard inquiry and a denial that should never have happened.

He acknowledged the error and assured me that my inquiry would be removed once I crossed the $50K funding threshold which I did.
The inquiry removal never began/ completed.

2. No follow-up from management

I informed Aaron I no longer wanted to work with him, and he said he would notify management.
He also provided the wrong email address for management, and no one ever followed up.
After some time of silence, I posted an honest review.

3. CEO reached out then shifted tone, story, and terms repeatedly

The CEO only contacted me after the review and immediately implied the situation was somehow my fault without first fact-checking anything.

He initiated an offer of a partial refund and an inquiry sweep. I agreed and was appreciative. I thought we had turned the page…

But when I asked for clarification (because it changed), his tone shifted quickly. His messages became:
• condescending,
• passive-aggressive,
• inconsistent,
• and at times intimidating.

He brought up an unrelated upcoming invoice; as if to imply a threat, even though I’ve always paid all invoices on time ($5,400 lump sum was paid with no issues). I paid the last $1100 invoice immediately, even though it wasn’t due for two more days, because the tone of the message felt intentionally sharp. There was no need to even mention an invoice in our conversations. More bullying tactics.

He then mentioned a cease-and-desist agreement, even though I had already agreed to remove my review in good faith. His offer became contingent upon my compliance, and the terms were changing.
He also referenced “legal review,” brought up credit reporting out of nowhere, rewrote the timeline, and then disappeared for four days after saying he would “talk soon.”

4. I stopped communicating because the environment increasingly became unprofessional

I disengaged after days of silence and repeated condescending responses not because I rejected a resolution.
Now, he is framing it as though I “walked away,” which is false. Continuously going back n forth in email with a customer is ridiculous, especially over an offer HE offered.

5. Petty, unprofessional remarks

In one email, the CEO attempted to belittle me by saying that me using an em dash meant I “copied and pasted from ChatGPT.”

This comment was:
• petty,
• irrelevant,
• unprofessional,
and perfectly reflected the dismissive tone he consistently used instead of taking accountability.

6. Concern about handling of personal data

Given the lack of professionalism throughout this process, I now have serious concerns about my information — including my SSN and credit data — is being managed.

Bottom Line

No customer should be treated this way, especially after an internal mistake and a customer that tried to resolve at the lowest level possible. even at one point I was trying to close the chapter but was re-engaged with an offer by the CEO that apppeared to have no intentions on following through on.

I’m sharing my experience so others can proceed with caution. If your situation isn’t a “perfect success story,” you may be met with the same dismissive and condescending treatment I received.

I worked with Alonzo, and he took the time to explain the entire process in detail, which I truly appreciated. Although we weren’t able to secure the desired funding due to my thin credit history, they honored a full 100% refund. I’d definitely work with them in the future.

They repeatedly want you to lie and call the bureau (experian)and say you didn’t make that inquire. They give you a script to lie to the banks about. They want you to apply and lie and then lie some more to banks and other lenders.Then they tell you once you get the business credit cards they can turn it cash. By running the cards and wiring it back to you minus their fee of course.What they want you to do is illegal it’s money laundering by running the cards and fraud lying to the banks. We have notified the proper authorities and retained legal representation. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE
