For some reason I anticipated delays and hitches during the funding process but I was proved wrong by Lamar and his team!!! The fundings came through in a timely manner and non of the lenders gave me issues. And the team even checked back to let me know funds have been sent and to confirm receipt. The funds hit my account faster than I expected!! I would recommend impruvu anytime any day!!

At the beginning i was nervous but Lamar talked me through the process and everything came good .Thanks

Lamar is the man! He guided me through the process of funding and I look forward to many more successful rounds. I look forward to continuing an ongoing relationship with this group , and Lamar as this company and its people are the real deal — this is coming from a commercial real estate broker who does deals on the regular . Love Impruvu and the team . 10 stars if that was possible.
