Raheim was amazing from start to finish. He provided so many suggestions on what to do and where to go. Also had such a wonderful personality. 5 stars!

We had a wonderful drive with Mohammed from Pale' Hall to Heathrow. The four hours flew by as we talked and watched the beautiful countryside go by.
We will definitely ask for him on our next visit!

I booked this company to take my 4 colleagues who had been working overnight in London up to their next job in Glasgow. I gave clear instructions that the guys needed to sleep on the journey, which is why we paid £1250 for the comfort of a nice vehicle and a professional driver. Here is the feedback I got from the lead passenger:
"I think the easiest way to put it was that our driver was woefully underprepared for a trip of 6hrs!! On arrival/collection of us, he put the Glasgow postcode into google maps and realised it was a 6hr journey - he made a brief comment about this being a long drive!
When leaving the hotel, he was fiddling with the vehicle's inbuilt sat nav rather than following the route that was being show via google maps on his phone. This led him to take an incorrect turning, and led us into a huge traffic jam caused by an accident on the A40 - the google sat nav journey time instantly jumped from 6hrs 30 to 7hrs 15 - all because he was faffing about.
I then had to navigate hime out of London using my phone as we sat in traffic for over an hour.

The journey from there didnt improve much! We made a stop at around 11am as the driver mentioned he had not yet had breakfast, so a 45 minute stop was made at Oxford.
We also had a rather unexpected pull into an emergancy refuge on a smart motorway (one of the yellow laybys for extreme emergencies) so he could splash water on his face to help stay awake.

Due to these issues, and at times a somewhat erratic driving style, i remained awake (apart from a brief 5 minute nap) the whole way to Glasgow to ensure the driver knew where he was going, as well as the driver staying awake for the whole trip. We thought we might feed this back to you in case there was ever a need to hire a similar vehicle for a journey again, and to basically never use that company/agency again!"

I put a complaint in to the company and initially they did not call me back. I called back again and this time I received an email with a "goodwill gesture" of 10% of our next booking!! What a joke! I expected more to be done.

The driver was extremely polite and it was a smooth ride. However, our car was changed at the last minute and although it was an upgrade it would have been nice to know beforehand. I had chosen my husband's favourite car.

Timely and professional

I left it to the last minute to buy euro star tickets for me and my three children the day before the summer holidays in London. At 8:30 at night I found imperial ride online and called. A Mr. Mohammed was extremely helpful and found me the last ferry to get out of London. The driver- who was a wonderful human being -named Mr. Nazeer arrived at 6 AM to drive us to Paris via Dover. It turned out that our drive was the day that all of Dover came to a halt – so what would have been a 7 Hour Drive became a 14 hour one. Mr. Nazeer felt terrible about the duration of our ride though he had no Fault whatsoever. In fact he made a terrible situation so much better with his lovely personality and his strategic thinking. He got us to Paris safely and with great conversation. I highly recommend this company – I was worried that they were too good to be true -but in fact they are as great as everyone says they are!

From initial enquiry to return home, Imperial Ride were extremely professional. Everyone involved in the booking was friendly and efficient, the driver was punctual & helpful. First rate service, these guys know what they’re doing, would highly recommend.

We booked the Range Rover Autobiography car with Imperial Ride for our wedding car. The service was exceptional. The car was very clean, luxurious and nicely decorated. The driver was very friendly and patient. He arrived on time and was easily available to contact for the duration of our booking. The booking process was very easy and straightforward. The night before the wedding we were provided with the driver's contact information and it was all seamless. I would definitely use Imperial Ride again and recommend them to family and friends. Thank you Imperial Ride for making our day special and providing such a pleasant experience on our big day when there are so many things to worry about- Imperial Ride was not one of them!

Vinny was our driver from Gatwick to Lyme Regis. He was very professional and courteous. We stopped for a bathroom break en-route and he even bought Marc a coffee. We made pretty good time considering we got stuck in a lot of unavoidable traffic. Super great guy and we will recommend Imperial Ride to our family and friends. If you get Vinny as your driver then you know you're in good hands.

Great company! They picked up my mom very very early at Heathrow and drove her all the way to Brighton. Communication was smooth and prompt. The prices are transparent and inclusive (no after-the-fact charges like their competitors). We had a last-minute change on the way back and they did everything they could to try and accommodate, including calling their affiliates. Superb service.

great experience we were stuck in london with no flights,trains or busses avalible and imperial cabs stepped up and got us to Paris with 2 hours notice.shout out to Norris our driver who made the trip a comfortable and relaxing experience made the trip feel like it was a family roadie thank you so much.
