I had an amazing experience with Imperial Academy based in London, England. I purchased their TEFL and TESOL course, and from beginning to end, everything was smooth and professional.

Their customer care service is excellent — the staff are friendly, polite, patient, and always ready to help. I especially loved how flexible they were with the exams, scheduling them according to my own time and convenience.
To my surprise, they even gave me two extra courses for free! I was so happy and satisfied with the entire learning experience. Even though I studied online,I always receive phone calls and emails if I had any issues, I honestly felt as if I was attending classes live because of how connected and comfortable they made me feel.
Another thing I truly appreciated was that my certificates were successfully sent to me here in Cameroon without any issues. Distance was never a problem at all.
What impressed me even more was their support after completing the course. They guided me in my job search and even offered recommendations, which meant a lot to me.

I had a great experience with Imperial Academy earlier this year when I took the Administrative Management course. Their content was well organized, easy to understand and user friendly. Imperial Academy allows you to do the course at your own pace, which helps to alleviate deadline pressure. What was even better was the gift Imperial Academy gave to me yesterday when they allowed me to do another CPD course at no extra charge. This shows that they appreciate the support provided by their customers and therefore, they want to give me them back something as a token of appreciation. Bought a course via Groupon but the code doesn’t work. Been contacting the academy and asking for help but getting fobbed off and left.

Finally hear back asking for 24 hours to resolve the issue and that never happened either so I give up!

As customer service is poor with a lack of help to get me on the course, I will be requesting a refund.

I have recently enrolled on the Travel and Tourism course from the Imperial Academy. I had a few problems at the start however Benedict Ashford from student services soon sorted them out allowing me to begin the course without further delay. With Imperial Academy I have done recently the courses "Teach to Engage Students", "Executive Coaching For Leaders and Consultants", and "Complete Communication Skills Master Class for Life". All of them meeting my expectations.

I found the the Level 5 Diploma in Plumbing and Domestic Heating course very user friendly and informative. Upon completion I received my certification upon request and I found the customer service very helpful.

The Medical Terminology course was refreshing, well-presented, and easy to navigate. I had “goosebumps” doing it. Without a doubt, I would recommend anyone looking for a medical introduction course to give Medical Terminology a try.
