First time house buyer wanting to use a good, reliable local company to do a house survey on a 1970/80's property. Came across Imperial Surveyors. Competatively priced. Emailed to request a booking. Highlighted some areas we wanted specific attention paid to. Date agreed. Paid about a week before and received the detailed survey report the week after the survey. Report was detailed and easy to follow.
Would definitly recommend.

Imperial Surveys offered an excellent service from start to finish. There were a few issues that I raised with the property before hand and they went the extra mile to analyse these issues in detail, the survey came back a few days later which was extremely thorough, I would definitely recommend.

Great service
Great service from start to finish. We had a Level 3 survey carried out and it was a really thorough report and the report was returned to us on time. The issues discovered in the survey meant we did not go ahead with the purchase of the property but we will definitely be using the company again once we find a new property. We would happily recommend to friends and family looking for a surveyor!

Booked Imperial to do a level 2
Booked Imperial to do a level 2, home buyers survey on a property in Stroud that my son is buying. The booking process was straightforward and the date for the survey arranged quickly and ahead of the Christmas break. The report arrived in 4 working days and was detailed with lots of photographic evidence of the issues that were picked up. Would definitely recommend.

Professional and detailed report
I was very happy with my overall experience with imperial surveyors from start to finish. Communication was efficient and everyone that I spoke to was very polite and knowledgeable which gave me confidence when knowing who to choose. Liam was very professional and he gave me a thorough and very detailed report which helped us a lot when it came to purchasing our first property. I would recommend imperial to anyone going forward and would happily use them again.

Literally cannot find fault in imperial’s service, from beginning to end.
Very easy to book, very good availability and a thorough survey which identified some very important issues on a very old house we are buying, circa 1850.
Very detailed report delivered within the same week.
Absolutely no complaints.

Fantastic Service
We recently commissioned a level 3 survey on a property we put an offer on. We received our report sooner than expected and was extremely detailed! Liam was happy to assist with all questions we had after receiving the report. Would definitely recommend and use Imperial Surveyors again in the future!
