A great hamper, good quality prosecco that was definitely a noticeable upgrade from the overly sweet average stuff most supermarkets sell. Lovely snacks and treats included and beautifully presented. Hard to complain with that!

Italian food lovers hamper
I ordered the Italian food lovers hamper for my son’s birthday & he was extremely happy with the selection.
Unfortunately, once the order had been placed I had to changed the delivery date, which was dealt with promptly & efficiently.

Ordered a wonderful Italian hamper with a great selection of products for my dad and accidentally put the wrong address on the order. I cannot rate the customer care higher, they were so helpful and very quickly rectified my mistake to ensure my dad would receive his order.

Outstanding customer service
Outstanding customer service. There was a problem with the delivery, not their fault, so a member of staff delivered the hamper to my daughter personally so she got it for her wedding anniversary.
The Italian hamper was full of lovley food . Zoe was extremely helpful in helping me with my order and going out of her way to get it delivered,
I definitely recommend this company and will be using them again

There was a glitch about a xmas delivery which was resolved very quickly which turned out to be the delivery service used not imp & makers fault However when it was realised the customer service was faultless and the situation resolved very much to my satisfaction I would have given a 5 but there was the glitch

Sadly a similar problem as last year!
Sadly a similar problem as last year, which was resolved m,and so I gave a very positive review on Trust Pilot. Only one order has been delivered as arranged and two orders are outstanding, on Friday 27th This is in addition to exchange of emails with helpful staff Zoe and Kelly as the website did not function well as I paid by PayPal apparently. My billing address and shipping addresses were the same which was clearly not as I had ordered.
In spite of the corrections at the beginning of December only one order was delivered as promised on 23rd December in Dorset.
My order to my nephew in South Yorkshire was not delivered and as yet I have not been able to contact anyone other than I write a very angry note on the Live track. I followed it up with a phone call and I am still waiting for a call back when the lines are free again. Presumably busy as others were ringing in with similar issues. people.
My third order a mini cheese hamper was to be delivered on the 19th. DPD attempted delivery according to the courier contact, to house number 7, not 76 as ordered and on the 24th!!. We received a note saying attempted delivery collect at locker on Friday 26 th! I am still awaiting the code that is needed to collect. My pharmacist daughter in law who lives alone works 12 hour shifts and the gift was arranged for the 19 th as she was at home then. There is no way she could have collected it today even if I did receive a code which I would have to send to her. The moment is passed now and the cheeses have been inside a locker for several days
This has clearly been another disappointing experience and has taken up a lot of my time and spoiled yet another Christmas.i shall be requesting that my orders are refunded and thankfully i hope to find a company whose organisation is efficient and delivers as arranged.
