Very impressed
I ordered two mystery hampers for Christmas presents because I’d already bought two hampers previously and was very pleased with the quality and service provided. My only gripe is that the tin of olives was very badly dented and the chocolates sell by date was before Christmas.

Regarding the mystery hampers, it was clear in the description that some items may have packaging defects or wouldn’t meet the standards of our year-round hampers. This allowed us to offer them at 70% off.
The tinned olives, for example, have an expiry date of 2026, so while the packaging may have imperfections, the product remains perfectly safe to enjoy and just as delicious. As a company, we’re committed to reducing food waste, and offering these items in our mystery hampers is part of that effort.
We truly appreciate your continued support and hope the hampers still brought joy this Christmas.

Steak Hamper, amazing!
I received some long term service points through work and this came up as on option. I ordered the steak date night hamper and it was brilliant. Arrived very quickly, all fresh and the steak was huge. Would definitely recommend again.

Delivery disappointment
The selection was good and my partner loved the gift.
Unfortunately, although I specified a date, her birthday, I was told that unfortunately it wouldn't be delivered until the next day even though it had been dispatched for delivery the day requested. Very disappointing.

Top quality hamper and excellent customer service
I ordered a birthday hamper for delivery to a close friend for a milestone birthday last week. There was a slight hiccup with the courier and delivery slots, partly as I had provided some incorrect contact details but basically IMP moved heaven and earth to put it right, even insisting the whole order be replaced due to the need to retain freshness. The whole thing was done in a timely manner and was very professional as they liaised with us over re-arrangements.
My friend is totally delighted with the quality of the products, the cheeses in particular. He was even remarking on the taste and freshness of the celery! Supermarket products don't come close he said and extras such as good packaging and chilling made for an overall excellent gift hamper backed up by customer service to match.
