I joined impact with no real idea of what I wanted to offer my future audience. I was lost in the cycle of teaching everything to everyone but deep down I was loosing my passion. Impact helped me to understand what I want to offer and why. The course is intense and there is a lot to learn but I came from a background of knowing nothing and now things are clearer. I would recommend this program to anyone looking to start an online business.

At first I was hesitant to join the program because of the investment. For over 2 years I was trying to get my online courses up, but I had no idea where to start. I tried different things and was never sure if I was on the right track.

Within 1 month on the Impact program, I already had a clear idea of what I needed to do to build an audience and market my courses. Andy provides valuable information to help you understand everything from working out your service offering, to growing an audience, to recording course material.. everything is covered and even more. The community is also really helpful.

Be prepared to put in a lot of work. One of my concerns was whether I would have enough time, and I’m glad to be doing the program over a summer break while I have some extra free hours. Set aside at least 4-6 hours per week.

What’s been most helpful for me is knowing exactly what I need to do after 2 years of trying to figure it out on my own, and having the coaches and community members who I can speak to and ask questions to.

I joined Impact at 64 years old.

The studio where I had taught for years had closed, and most of my students had disappeared. I felt like I had lost a big part of myself too.

I had also already wasted money on another online business program, so I was very skeptical. When I saw the Impact ad, I nearly didn't do it. But somehow I ended up taking the leap.

Where I started

I had no real audience, no offer, no online business, and very little confidence with technology. I had been teaching yoga for 26 years, but I had no idea how to explain what I do (I also hated being on camera.)

What changed

That may not sound enormous to everyone, but for me it means everything. It proved that people still valued what I have to offer.

And honestly, the biggest change was not even the money. I feel visible, useful, and excited again.

Not ever.

Before joining Impact Academy, I was a professional photographer. Becoming an online coach wasn’t just a new project for me, it was a complete career change.

Joining Impact was probably the best business decision I've made in years.

For months, I kept seeing Impact's ads, but honestly, I was skeptical. I wasn't sure how legitimate it was or whether it could actually help my business. I already had an online yoga business, but over the previous three years I had lost direction. People who get the struggle, who are rooting for you. That's a lifeline. I didn't know how much I needed that until I had it.

And when my mum got really sick and I had to fly to England to take care of her, they let me pause. No pressure. No penalties. Just people being decent humans about it.

That meant everything.

I have been part of the Impact Academy for about four months now, and I can already say that this experience has made a significant difference in my business and personal growth.

Probably like you I wondered if IMPACT was just a lot of hot air and yet another scam where a company sells you into a program and then leaves you floundering.

I've been let down so badly so many times 😭

I joined IMPACT at the end of April; I'm so flipping happy to say they are the exact opposite of all of my bad experiences!

They are well resourced and have different experts for different components - general help, content creation, mindset, social media, tech support etc.

You can pick and choose what you need to strengthen each week and get personalised help as part of a small group (and there are options for 121 help).

And, because their emphasis is so much on getting YOU and YOUR gifts out to the world the community is massively supportive.

You are not in competition with anybody but yourself - and the only way to find out how far you can take your business is to keep building it! I am so glad I joined.

I rarely give 5-star reviews lightly, but Impact Academy truly deserves it.

Impact has completely changed the way I think about business. Not by turning me into someone I’m not, but by helping me organise what I already had: years of experience, knowledge, passion, and a genuine desire to help people.

As a yoga teacher and educator, selling never came naturally to me. I loved teaching, but I struggled with consistency, visibility, and understanding how to reach the people who genuinely needed what I had to offer. Impact gave me structure, practical tools, and clear guidance. For the first time, I truly understood funnels, the importance of building an email list, why niching down matters, and how showing up online can actually feel aligned rather than exhausting.

What I appreciate most is the support. The mentors and community are incredibly generous, encouraging, and genuinely invested in your growth.

That being said, Impact is not magic. It won’t build your business for you. You still have to do the work, show up, experiment, learn, and keep going when things don’t work immediately. For me, the transformation is still ongoing. And that’s probably the biggest compliment I can give: this wasn’t a quick fix. It changed the way I think, create, and run my business every single day.

If you’re looking to build a sustainable, scalable business, Impact is the best place to start. Andy and the team are incredible. You get a full team of coaches supporting you across the board, from direction on next steps, to content creation, reviewing offers, monetization, business strategy, tech support, and even mindset support. They genuinely care and want to see you succeed, and the community is a big part of that experience.

Something I really value about Andy specifically is that he is a businessman, not a yoga teacher. I’m a yoga teacher, I don’t need help teaching yoga, I need help building a business. Impact teaches business in a way that is clear, structured, and scalable, and it works beyond just the yoga space.

They give you multiple layers of support: live coaching calls where you can get direct feedback, a full course with video and written trainings that break everything down clearly, and templates that make implementation much easier. They also have their own platform, Impact Studio, which makes hosting and organizing your offers really user-friendly and seamless.

I’ve been in the industry for nearly 12 years, and I genuinely wish I had found Impact sooner. I think I would have built a much stronger foundation earlier if I had implemented what I’m learning now years ago. I’m grateful I’m doing it now, because it really feels like it’s setting me up for the kind of business I actually want long term.

Most recently, I also had the opportunity to attend a live in-person mastermind workshop with Andy. I know he hosts a few of these around the world each year, and if you get the chance to attend, I 100% recommend it. It was incredibly valuable. At the one I attended, he offered a few free one-on-one sessions to the first people who signed up, and I was lucky enough to secure one. That session alone was extremely impactful and gave me a lot of clarity and direction.

That said, a few honest disclaimers:

First, I don’t think this is for you if you have zero clarity on what you want to do as a yoga teacher or business owner. They do help you refine your direction and niche, but having at least some sense of what you want to build will help you get the most out of it.

Second, this takes time. If you’re in a really busy life season, you may feel overwhelmed trying to keep up. I personally wish I had joined during a slower season where I could fully focus and implement everything. You’ll get the most out of it when you can actually dedicate consistent time and energy.

Third, you need to be ready to show up on social media, especially Instagram, if you’re building an online business. I enjoy social media, so this wasn’t an issue for me, but it’s important to be honest about it. Consistency here matters. It’s ok if you aren’t already, they will teach you how… BUT you need to be ready to commit to this.

An additional note I would add is around expectations and timing. This is not a “make money fast” type of program in the way people sometimes think. It is more accurately a “build a scalable business faster with the right systems” type of process. You will absolutely move faster and with more clarity by following what they teach, but it still takes time to implement, build, and grow everything properly.

I think it’s important to go in with a long-term mindset and be willing to invest both financially and energetically into that process. The results are absolutely worth it, but this is about building something sustainable, not instant outcomes.

And lastly, lean into the community. When things feel challenging, don’t disappear. Speak up and ask for support, because they really are there to help you through it.

I also want to acknowledge that I came into this with some hesitation because I’ve had past experiences with business coaches that were predatory and left me in difficult financial situations. I had a bit of “business coach trauma” going into this. But I can honestly say I’ve felt very supported, held, and cared for by Andy and the team, and it’s been a really healing and positive experience in that way.

Overall, I feel grateful to be working with them, and I genuinely feel like I’m being set up with the tools and systems I need to build the business I want long term.

I recently joined Impact Academy and also had the opportunity to attend a mastermind in LA led by Andy and his team.

I’m a huge believer in mentorship because I’ve seen firsthand how much faster growth happens when you’re supported by people who have already done what you’re trying to do.

Within just the first couple of weeks of the program, I had a major breakthrough in clarity around my business. I’ve spent a long time trying to understand how to bring all of the modalities I want to teach under ONE clear umbrella, and finally started seeing how to communicate my work in a way that feels aligned and actionable.

Attending the mastermind took that even further. I was able to get my most pressing question answered directly by Andy and received so much valuable feedback and perspective from both him and the team.

Veronica, Ali, Greg, and everyone involved created an environment that felt supportive, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in helping their students succeed. It felt less like a program and more like being surrounded by experienced people who truly want to help you move forward.

I’m leaving with more clarity, strategy, and concrete next steps than I had coming in.

I know there’s still work ahead, but I’m excited to keep implementing and see where this goes.

The workshops from Impact are so helpful as they give you a sense of community and immediate feedback about your own business struggles/offerings. They give you clarity and actionable steps to take. Highly recommend attending one!

I attended the LA Mastermind yesterday and walked away with so much knowledge and clarity. The system that Impact teaches you is very structured and you will see success if you stick to it. It was nice to get feedback from Andy, the CEO, himself. He told me I am indeed moving in the right direction with what I am doing and helped me get clarity on my next steps. That was really motivating! Talking to Veronica, the social media content expert, was also extremely helpful. We did a deep dive into the IG accounts of several attendees and analyzed why some content works and what changes others need to be successful on social media. Everybody walked away learning so much. Lastly, it was nice to meet other Impact members. Some that were far ahead of me, some that were just starting out. Despite where everyone was on their online yoga business journey, the mastermind was helpful for all. Great connections were made yesterday and I know some paths will cross again :) If you’ve been thinking about joining Impact but been hesitant, just do it already. It’s hard to figure this online business stuff out by yourself and there’s an amazing team of experts out there that will do all the handholding that you need.

What made the experience great is to sit in the room with people that are ahead of me in the program, to see their growth but also to hear their struggle. Taking sample IG pages from attending people and analyzing it truly helped. I had to leave right at 5pm and really wanted to stay to learn more. I was really waiting to see what you had to say about the positioning but missed it. All team members were down to earth and made it easy to talk to. I definitely lost the shyness to reach out to them if I need help. A friend said to me:” Do not do it, it is scan.’ Well, after today I know I will have a passive income latest by end of the year!
